Lowongan Kerja – PT OKI Pulp & Paper Mills  adalah perusahaan pabrik kertas yang merupakan bagian dari Asia Pulp & Paper (APP), Sinarmas Group. Pabrik Oki Pulp and Paper berada di Ogan Komering Ilir, Sumatra Selatan. Perusahaan ini merupakan anak perusahaan dari Asia Pulp & Paper Group.
PT OKI Pulp & Paper Mills yang tergabung dalam APP Sinar Mas merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang usaha industri bubur kertas (pulp), dan tisu secara terpadu. Seluruh bahan baku kami bersumber 100% dari pabrik industri (HTI) dari perusahaan mitra yang memenuhi standar sertifikasi ketat. 1. Technician IT

Qualification :

• Diploma or vocational background in Information Technology or related discipline
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or technician role
• Strong knowledge of hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with basic networking and system maintenance
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• bility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English is preferred
• Working Location : OKI Sungai Baung, South Sumatra

2. Specialist IT

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or network management within industrial or project-based environments
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
• Experience in cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and enterprise IT systems is an advantage
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English is preferred
• Working Location : OKI Sungai Baung, South Sumatra

3. Specialist Heavy Equipment

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Heavy Equipment operation and maintenance within industrial or project-based environments
• Strong knowledge of heavy machinery standards, installation, and maintenance procedures
• Proven experience in handling large-scale industrial projects
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast

• Proven experience in handling large-scale industrial projects
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English is preferred
• Working Location : OKI, Sumatera Selatan (Remote Site Area)

14. Technician Instrument

Qualifications :

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Instrument Technician
• Knowledge of instrumentation systems, calibration, and maintenance of industrial equipment
• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing control systems
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is an advantage
• Working Location : OKI, Sumatera Selatan (Remote Site Area)

15. Specialist QC Electrical & Specialist QC Civil

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (for QC Electrical) or Civil Engineering (for QC Civil)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in QC within project-based industries
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, inspection procedures, and compliance requirements
• Experience in managing QC activities for large-scale industrial projects
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Working Location : OKI, Sumatera Selatan

16. Specialist Project Cost Control

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in cost control, preferably in project – based industries.
• Strong analytical and financial skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in ERP/Project Management software (SAP, Oracle, Primavera, etc.)
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Working Location : OKI, Sumatera Selatan

17. Specialist Project Automation

Qualifications :

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in : Process Design & Control / Instrumentation, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic/Electromechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years of experience in automation or control systems
• Proven experience managing Instrument & Control Systems across : Process Plants, Power Plants, Automated Packaging & Robotic Filling Lines
• Skilled in : Networking & expansion projects : DCS/PLC monitoring & modification, Troubleshooting automation system faults.
• Fluent in spoken and written English

18. Specialist Project RC/LK

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in RC/LK (Recausticizing/Lime Kiln) operations
• Proven experience managing RC/LK systems in : Pulp and Paper Industry, Process Plants, Power Plants
• Automated Packaging & Robotic Filling Lines
• Skilled in : System integration and troubleshooting, DCS/PLC monitoring & modification, Networking and expansion projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
