Lowongan Kerja – PT Citra Shipyard adalah perusahaan galangan kapal nasional yang bergerak di bidang konstruksi, perbaikan, dan modifikasi kapal baja serta aluminium. Didirikan pada tahun 1983 pada masa-masa awal, fokus utama perusahaan adalah membangun perahu kayu kecil yang dapat digunakan untuk memancing dan kegiatan serupa lainnya. Perusahaan ini merupakan salah satu galangan kapal terbesar di Indonesia dan berlokasi di Batam, Kepulauan Riau. 

Kapal baja yang dibuat oleh Citra Shipyard mulai dari Kapal Tongkang, Kapal Tunda, Tongkang Minyak, Kapal Tanker, dan Kapal Lepas Pantai seperti Kapal Pasokan, Tongkang Akomodasi, dan Kapal Tanker Kimia. Pekerjaan pembuatan kapal mencapai 100 unit per tahun sedangkan, pekerjaan reparasi/restorasi kapal mencapai 50 unit per tahun.

1. Estimating & Budgeting Officer

Job Summary :

• The Estimating & Budgeting (E&B) Officer is responsible for preparing accurate project cost estimates, budgets, and commercial proposals for repairing and docking projects. The role supports tendering, project planning, and cost control activities by analyzing project costs and coordinating with related departments to ensure competitive pricing, budget efficiency, and project profitability.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Naval Architecture, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Accounting, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Estimating, Budgeting, Cost Control, or Project Control within the Repairing and Docking projects.
• Familiar with project budgeting, tender preparation, and cost analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, and Data Analysis.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken; Mandarin proficiency will be an advantage.
• Work Location: Sei Lekop, Sagulung, Batam

2. Admin Facility

Job Summary :

• Admin Facility is responsible for managing administrative activities, documentation, reporting, scheduling, and data records related to facility operations. This role supports the Facility Department by ensuring accurate documentation, timely reporting, effective coordination with internal departments and subcontractors, and maintaining administrative compliance to support smooth facility operations.

Qualifications :

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Office Administration, Business Administration, Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Administration, Facility Administration, or similar roles, preferably within a shipyard environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, and Data Analysis.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
• Experienced in preparing reports, meeting minutes, work completion reports, and administrative documents.
• Familiar with contractor coordination, overtime administration, asset records, and utility consumption reporting.
• Good communication and coordination skills with internal departments and external parties.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Able to work independently and maintain data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, will be an advantage.
• Work Location: Kabil, Batam

3. PIC New Building

Job Summary :

• PIC New Building is responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and controlling shipbuilding activities to ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, within quality standards, and according to technical specifications. This role serves as the key liaison between production teams, surveyors, warehouse personnel, and other stakeholders to support the successful completion of new building projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Read and understand construction drawings and follow work procedures properly.
• Monitor the progress of ship construction activities in the production area.
• Prepare progress reports on a regular basis (daily, weekly, and monthly).
• Coordinate with Owner Surveyor and Class Surveyor for inspections and project requirements.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Department regarding material needs for the project.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with technical specifications, time targets, and quality standards.
• Identify and report any issues or obstacles that may affect project progress.
• Support the smooth execution of ship construction projects from start to completion.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Naval Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in shipbuilding or shipyard industry.
• Able to read and understand ship construction drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Able to work effectively in a team or independently.
• Strong problem solving skills and capable of supervising field work.
• Willing to be placed in Sei Lekop, Batam.

4. Coordinator Blasting & Painting

Job Summary :

• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all blasting and painting activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within specification, and in accordance with company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and coordinate blasting & painting activities
• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with project schedules
• Ensure quality requirements and safety standards are achieved
• Coordinate with Owners, Class Surveyors, Vendors, and Subcontractors
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
• Manage manpower, materials, and equipment utilization

Qualifications :

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Teknik Perkapalan or related field
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Blasting & Painting within shipyard industry
• Strong knowledge of surface preparation, coating systems, and painting specifications
• Able to coordinate manpower, subcontractors, materials, and equipment
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Relevant certifications will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Microsoft Project
• Work Location: Sei Lekop, Batam
