Berikut adalah posisi dan kualifikasi lowongan yang tersedia pada saat ini.

Lowongan Kerja PT Oil States Indonesia

1. Welding Supervisor

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the supervision of all the manufacturing welders, day and night shift to ensure they are working efficiently and that planned times are achieved
• To monitor and advise manufacturing welders on all technical aspects
• Ensure that manufacturing welders adhere to the parameters of the weld procedures
• To ensure that manufacturing welders are qualified and trained for the job requirements. To identify training needs as these arise and liaise with HR so training can be provided
• To co-ordinate staff holidays ensuring that the department is adequately manned
• The assign jobs to the welders, the workload will come through collaboration with the Projects team
• To ensure the quality of welding in the manufacturing welding department
• To maintain a high standard of housekeeping in the manufacturing welding department and participate in housekeeping walks
• To ensure the machinery and equipment in the manufacturing welding area is in good working order and liaises with Maintenance as and when required
• To specify new tooling and equipment as required for the manufacturing department
• To ensure that welding consumables are available
• Co-ordinate with Project Team and Welding Engineer to plan for new work ensuring that consumables, tools, and fixtures are available in advance
• To co-ordinate with Welding Engineer as the need arises
• To contribute material to the weekly toolbox talks and delivers the information to his team

Qualification :

• Minimum Technical diploma or degree in Welding Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• AWS Certified Welding Supervisor (CWS) or CSWIP 3.1/3.2 Welding Inspector certification is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with API standards (e.g., API 6A, 16A, 17D) used in connectors and wellhead equipment
• Minimum 5 years of experience in welding engineering.
• At least 2 years supervisory experience in a production environment skilled in MIG, TIG, SAW welding processes.
• Proficiency in reading engineering drawings, P&IDs, WPSs, and weld maps
• Applied knowledge of welding activities for all types of steels including carbon steel, stainless steel, high and low alloy steel.
• Strong leadership skills and a clear understanding of safety procedures
• Placement in Batam, Indonesia.

2. QC Inspector (Dimension & Calibration)

Responsibilities :

CMM, Visual and Dimension inspector :

• Perform in-process and final dimensional inspections of CNC lathe and milling components against given Drawing and Specifications
• Conduct visual inspections for surface finish, machining defects, and workmanship quality of Incoming Items, Subsea equipment and other components.
• Ensure correct use of measuring instruments such as: Vernier calipers, Micrometers (inside, outside, depth), Height gauges, Bore gauges, Dial indicators, Surface roughness testers, etc.
• Follow up any quality issues and NCR regarding machining activity
• Report to Supervisor regarding daily inspection activities or issue and Prepare NOI for TPI arrangements if needed
• Create the CMM program as per drawing requirement as required
• Prepare report QC (Dimension report, machinist inspection report, Fitment and trial report, traceability report, and final inspection report.)

Calibration master :

• Maintaining and controlling for all equipment and machine calibration and
• Perform verification of equipment before using as per work instruction
• Performing routine equipment maintenance/calibration check.
• Troubleshooting equipment failures/liaise with vendor if any equipment failure and suggesting for calibration upgrades
• Liaise with vendor regarding calibration, quotation request and raise PR for calibration.
• Maintaining the gage pack for calibration date expired date
• Ensure that all calibration has being done according to PO, work instructions and applied procedures and Review calibration certificate and maintain the records
• Maintaining the sticker attached on the equipment regarding calibration date and certificate number and retrieve certificate any time if needed. And maintaining the safeguarding is well place as accessible

Qualification :

• Minimum Senior High School
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Machine shop QC Inspector, or minimum 1 Year of Machinist experience.
• Having 1 year experience as a gauge/ calibration room keeper is added advantage.
• Minimum 1 Year of visual & dimensional inspection experience
• Knowledge of Mitutoyo Crysta Apex CMM, with M Cosmos version 3 software preferred.
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word).
• Speak and read English fluently
• Placement in Batam, Indonesia.
