Lowongan Kerja PT Yihfull Footwear Indonesia

 

1.  Compliance Officer

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Human Resources Management or related fields
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR Compliance / Labor Compliance / Industrial Relations (preferably in manufacturing industry)
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law and related regulations (BPJS, overtime, leave policies, etc.)
  • Experience in internal and external audits
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills
  • Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and with strong integrity
  • Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English (preferred)
  • Familiar with CTPAT requirements and supply chain security standards (preferred or strong advantage)
  • Knowledge of social audits is a strong advantage.

Jobdesc :

  • Ensure the company complies with all applicable labor regulations (Labor Law, government regulations, and internal company policies)
  • Monitor and audit workforce compliance in operational areas (working hours, overtime, leave, wages, and employee benefits)
  • Handle external inspections from labor authorities, buyers, and third-party auditors
  • Ensure compliance with CTPAT (Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) security requirements related to labor and facility security procedures
  • Implement and monitor CTPAT-related standards such as access control, personnel screening, visitor management, and shipment security awareness
  • Prepare and update labor compliance and CTPAT documentation (SOPs, policies, audit reports, and corrective action plans)
  • Conduct internal investigations related to labor violations or security non-compliance and recommend corrective actions
  • Provide training and awareness programs for employees and supervisors related to labor compliance and CTPAT requirements
  • Prepare regular compliance reports (daily, weekly, monthly, or audit-based reporting)

 

2. Civil Engineering Staff

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Surveyor / Site Inspector / Quantity Surveyor is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to operate AutoCAD
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken)
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Willing to be placed in Batang, Central Java

Jobdesc :

  • Conduct land and site measurements using appropriate surveying equipment
  • Prepare, analyze, and verify survey data (coordinates, elevations, boundaries)
  • Ensure construction work aligns with technical drawings and project specifications
  • Perform site layout and setting out (leveling, alignment, and positioning)
  • Assist in quantity take-off and material estimation
  • Monitor project progress and report any discrepancies between design and actual site conditions
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders on-site
  • Maintain accurate survey records, reports, and documentation
  • Support quality control and ensure compliance with project standards

 

3. Manufacturing Excellence

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field)
  • Experience in manufacturing or production environment
  • Familiar with automation systems/automated production processes
  • Have a deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Kaizen activity
  • Knowledge of chemical elements, shoe manufacturing or digital manufacturing systems will be a plus
  • Able to prepare and analyze production reports (issues, performance,improvement)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

 

4. General Affair

Requirements :

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major (preferably Administration, Management, or related fields)
  • At least 1 year of experience in General Affairs or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  •  Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and responsible

Jobdesc :

  • Manage daily office operational needs, including office supplies, facilities, and general maintenance
  • Oversee and maintain company assets such as buildings, vehicles, and office equipment
  • Coordinate with external vendors (security, cleaning services, suppliers, etc.)
  • Handle General Affairs administrative tasks, including vendor contracts, purchasing, and reporting
  • Arrange business travel accommodations (flights, hotels, transportation)
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and well-organized working environment

 

5.  Staff Training & Development

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree from Psychology, Management and Related fields
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Training & Development / Learning & Development
  • Strong understanding of Training Needs Analysis and training evaluation processes
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop training materials and manage training sessions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in managing a training center is an advantage
  • Knowledge of labor regulations related to training is preferred

Job Description:

  • Design, develop, and implement employee training programs in line with company needs
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) based on performance evaluations and departmental requirements
  • Manage and operate the training center, including scheduling, facilities, and training equipment
  • Develop training materials and modules, and ensure the effectiveness of learning methods
  • Coordinate with internal and external trainers for training implementation
  • Evaluate training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor and maintain employee training records (e.g., training history, certifications)
  • Support employee development programs such as onboarding, leadership development, and succession planning
  • Ensure all training activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations

 

6. Staff Compensation & Benefit (Comben)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from Management, Accounting, Psychology or related fields
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in Comben (Compensation & Benefit)
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations; BPJS Kes, BPJS TK and PPh 21
  • Experience with payroll systems or HRIS
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
  •  High attention to details

Job Description:

  • Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing including salary calculation, overtime, allowances and deductions
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of salary payment
  • Administer and manage BPJS Kes and BPJS TK, including employee registration, data updates, claim processing, and contribution payments
  • Reconcile payroll data with attendance, leave record, and other related components
  • Handle employee income tax (PPh 21) calculation and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
  • Support the development and management of compensation structures, allowances, and employee benefits.
  • Prepare payroll and benefits reports for management on a regular basis
