Lowongan Kerja – PT VPower Operation Services adalah anak perusahaan dari VPower Group Holdings Ltd. yang berbasis di Hong Kong. Perusahaan ini berfokus pada penyediaan solusi pembangkit listrik terdistribusi (distributed power generation) dan sistem integrasi gen-set besar, Bergerak di bidang jasa konstruksi, instalasi, operasional, dan pemeliharaan (Operation & Maintenance/O&M) pembangkit listrik, serta penyewaan peralatan pembangkit listrik (rental services), Spesialis dalam sistem pembangkit listrik berbahan bakar gas dan diesel dengan menggunakan mesin berkecepatan tinggi dan menengah.

Lowongan Kerja PT VPower Operation Services

1. Corporate Associate

Requirements :

• Recent Graduate or Rising Star. You have a Bachelor’s degree Preferably from: Economy Management & Business, Engineering, Finance and Accounting. (we value diverse perspectives!) and 0-2 years of professional grit.
• Min. GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 scale
• Proficient in English and/or Mandarin will be advantage
• A Problem Solver who looks at a crisis and sees a puzzle.

• Willingness to be placed in any of the PT VPower Operation Services Jakarta – Head Office & Batam – Branch Office

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with regional and internal departments/groups/teams in support of same communication

• Supports a continuous improvement environment by providing feedback on processes and procedures
• Active in supporting certain department with the develop and properly manner.

2. HSE

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical or relevant studies)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HSE, preferably from a Power Plant, Construction, or Manufacturing background
• Fully certified K3 Umum from Kemnaker AND AK3 Electricity
• Having good knowledge in ISO 45001, ISO 14001, SMK3 PP 50/2012, Hazard Identification – Risk Assessment – Determining Control (HIRADC), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), HSE Statistics, and other Safety environment control and methods
• Exposure and knowledge of international HSE standards and best practices will be an added advantage.
• Experience in communicating with statutory authorities and industry bodies, in particular regard to HSE matters.
• Experienced in the development and roll-out of HSE management systems, processes, and programs, with knowledge in conducting data analytics and reporting
• Experienced in managing and driving positive HSE outcomes within a challenging environment
• Computer skills minimum: Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. PowerPoint
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Willing to relocate and be stationed in Batam

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Management in developing and implementing a comprehensive HSE Management System, including processes, procedures, and programs that align with the company’s framework.
• Assist in maintaining the country’s HSE Management Systern and coordinate internal and external audits, including supporting the certified accreditation process.
• Oversee and manage HSE compliance across Construction Projects and Power Plants’ operations, ensuring adherence to company standards, statutory regulations, and legal requirements.
• Work closely with the Contractors and or Vendors to ensure all activities are planned and executed safely, complying with all legal and company HSE standards.
• Evaluate whether machinery, equipment, and working tools meet HSE standards.
• Review and provide input on high-risk processes and relevant documentation for construction projects and the Power Plant’s operations, including risk assessments, safe work procedures, and equipment  licenses, while overseeing high-risk work execution.
• Conduct semi-annual HSE compliance audits, prepare reports, follow up on findings, and ensure closure of issues with relevant stakeholders.
• Perform regular HSE inspections, task observations, and walkdowns for both construction and operational activities, and ensure all action points are followed through to completion.
• Monitor and oversee all HSE incidents and near misses, ensuring that they are reported, investigated, and managed according to the company’s Incident Management Standards.
• Review incident reports and investigations for accuracy and follow injury management protocols where applicable, in compliance with company standards.
• Attend all relevant HSE meetings for construction and operations, taking minutes when needed as directed by the management
• Assist in planning, developing, and executing HSE programs, procedures, and awareness initiatives for the company’s business units.
• Facilitate the collection and dissemination of HSE knowledge, lessons learned from incidents, and best practices to support continuous improvement efforts.
• Train and lead the HSE officer who will be placed in the Project and Operations.
• Conduct training for all employees regarding safety practices and procedures.
• Coordinate regular and scheduled safety drills and exercises.
