1. Procurement Senior Engineer

Your qualifications :

• Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Material Science or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Procurement.
• Strong experience in global sourcing and market strategy development.
• Effective communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
• Proficient in computer applications and digital tools.
• Hands-on experience with PowerPoint presentations and SAP systems
• Placement in Batam, Indonesia

Your future responsibilities :

• Lead cost-saving and sourcing initiatives to optimize value and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement in cost, quality, delivery, and procurement efficiency.
• Develop strategies, analyze markets, and manage supplier risks.
• Handle supplier selection, negotiation, evaluation, and relationships.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve operational and project goals.
• Monitor performance, ensure compliance, and mitigate risks.
• Manage KPIs, reporting, documentation, and audit readiness.
• Resolve escalations, coach team members, and lead improvements.
• Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and TCO evaluations.
• Support digital procurement tools, automation, and continuity planning.

2. IT Technician

Your qualifications :

• Minimum diploma degree in computational-related field.
• 2 year equivalent experience in supporting IT operations/helpdesk.
• 1 year equivalent experience in delivering IT Infrastructure projects as members.
• Windows Operating System
• Linux Operating Systems
• Computers (Laptop and Desktops)
• Printers, Copiers, Scanners.
• Barcode scanners.
• Backup System.

Your future responsibilities :

• Operation :
  • Ensuring the availability and reliability of Computers, Printers, Scanners and other client facing IT Peripherals.
  • Ensuring the availability of spare parts and license required for Computers.
  • Troubleshooting issues of Computers, Printers, Scanners and other client facing IT Peripherals.
  • Managing and executing routines required to ensure the availability and compliance of Computers, Printers, Scanners and other client facing IT Peripherals.
  • Managing and executing security policy for Computers, Printers, Scanners and other client facing IT Peripherals including hardware control and software control.
• Project and Development :
  • Assist in improvement and design of IT Infrastructure, includes upgrade and modifications of existing Infrastructure.
  • Assist in projects, new or upgrade of IT Infrastructure.
  • Assist in executing changes and modifications of IT Infrastructure
• Financial :
  • Keeping up the cost against budget.
  • Continuous improvement on the best use of budget for more efficient IT operation and project execution.
• Human Resource :
  • Mentoring the junior and colleagues for independent, resourceful and efficient job completion.
  • Assisting the team in building Leadership and self-confidence.

3. Production Engineering

Your qualifications :

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Manufacturing)
• Experience in manufacturing environment is preferred
• Knowledge of quality systems (IATF 16949, ISO standards)
• Understanding of process engineering, tooling, and automation basics
• Familiar with SPC tools, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Placement in Batam, Indonesia

Your future responsibilities :

• Lead and manage assigned projects, processes, or production lines
• Develop and release manufacturing processes for new products
• Analyze and improve production efficiency, quality, and cost
• Conduct process capability studies (CPK, PPK) and data analysis
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation (PFMEA, Control Plans, PPAP)
• Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and customers
• Support equipment installation, validation, and maintenance planning
• Monitor production performance and implement improvement actions

4. Process Engineer

Your qualifications :

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Proven experience as a Process Engineer.
• Experience in automotive-standard factories is required..
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capability.
• Effective communication and data presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of electronics manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and integrated management systems (EMS, QMS, OHAS).
• Proficiency in core quality tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA).
• Familiar with industrial engineering tools and problem-solving methods (5-Why, Pareto, Fishbone, etc.).
• Knowledge of Six Sigma concepts and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and 8D methodology.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and TPM principles.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and project management skills.
• Creative, assertive, proactive mindset; CAD/AutoCAD experience is an advantage.
• Placement in Batam, Indonesia

Your future responsibilities :

• Lead Yield Improvement Plan (YIP) through robust processes, quality materials, skilled personnel, and reliable machines.
• Apply quality tools for effective analysis and problem resolution.
• Develop process improvement ideas to reduce cost and increase productivity.
• Conduct regular risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Perform process simulations and troubleshoot issues.
• Execute optimization tests for process enhancement.
• Establish best practices to maintain product quality.
• Improve and control OQC & IPQP with a systematic, well-documented approach.
• Provide regular progress reports to supervisors.
• Take full responsibility for process control and achieving scrap & delivery targets.
• Collaborate with PE to develop URS and support equipment design finalization.
• Prepare, update, and manage key documents (Control Plan, PFMEA, WI, etc.).
• Monitor production performance (delivery, quality, productivity) continuously.
• Drive continuous improvement through process capability, capacity analysis, and QA coordination (8D, ODR, etc.).
