Lowongan Kerja –  PT Softex Indonesia adalah salah satu perusahaan terkemuka di Asia Tenggara, termasuk Indonesia di dalamnya. PT SI mempunyai bidang industry antara lain dalam bidang perawatan bayi, perawatan dewasa dan perawatan feminism. Didirikan pada tahun 1976 dengan nama PT Mozambique dan beroperasi di Jakarta Barat dengan 100 karyawan yang memasarkan produk pembalut dengan merek Softex, PT Softex Indonesia dimulai dengan tujuan sederhana, menjadi bagian dari keluarga Indonesia. Lowongan Kerja PT Softex Indonesia

 

 

1. Controller Intern

Key Accountabilities:

Supporting LGO Dispute to collect, define, match and reconcile pending documents related to Audit request. (Delivery order, Invoice, Bank Statement, etc).

Requirement :

  • Diploma 3rd year student or last year university student
  • Able to use Microsoft Excel
  • Placement: Head Office, Tangerang

 

2. Digital Marketing Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Media
    • Develop a media diary for ads & media placement, including captions, UTM links & visuals for Brand team
    • Support affiliate coordination, including asset delivery, content alignment, and tracking campaign execution across partners.
  • Social Media Content
    • Assist in content planning and production across social media platforms, including ideation, shooting, and basic visual editing.
      Etc.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of digital ads, CRM (Email/WA Blast) & website
  • Image editing (Photoshop/Illustrator) and video editing (Capcut).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Placement: Head Office, Tangerang

 

3. IT Governance Risk Compliance Staff 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage risks related to the use of Information Technology, Information Security, Privacy, Regulatory Compliance, and Governance.
  • Ensure and monitor compliance with industry and government regulations at all levels.
  • Conduct gap analysis and implement frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST, and SOX.
  • Develop and revise policies, standards, processes, and guidelines for the organization.
  • Etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in GRC or a related position.
  • In-depth knowledge of compliance standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST, SOX, and others.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Placement: Head Office, Tangerang

 

4. Regulatory Affairs – Halal Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and review supporting documents for halal material
  • Categorize material into critical, non-critical, and not categorized as both.
  • Coordinate with Halal Management Team regarding the material list.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree of Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering
  • Have experience and knowledge about Halal Product Assurance System
  • Familiar with material used in diaper and pads industry
  • Open to 3 months contract of employment type
  • Willing to be placed at Head Office, South Tangerang.

 

5. Social Content & Discovery Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Powerhouse: partner with Brand and Agency teams to produce high-quality, effective content.
  • Content Strategy and Distribution: identify optimal formats and channels to maximize reach and impact.
  • Creator and Platform Partnership: build strategic frameworks to foster collaboration with creators and digital platforms.
  • Livestreaming Operation Excellence: develop standardized lower-funnel content to drive sales efficiently.
  • Etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, Art/Design or any relevant major.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
  • Proficient in design graphic and video editing tools.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing and social media ecosystems.
  • Willing to be located at BSD, Tangerang.

 

6. Junior Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal and build good relationships with all Modern Trade Channel, Buyer, or Store Manager.
  • Arrange and negotiate a business plan that involves trading terms for each key account in time.
  • Have a regular visit to the Modern Trade Channel to check product availability as well as to make sure that product distribution/market to every key account is going well.
  • To monitor, analyze, and prepare a report of sales achievement in Modern Trade Channels on a regular basis.
  • Etc.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree of any major.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience as a Key Account Supervisor in managing Modern Trade Channel.
  • Excellent in communication skills, sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Excellent in planning, analytical thinking, and problem solving, as well as report-writing skills.
  • Willing to go on a business trip and be placed/rotated to other areas (throughout Indonesia).

 

7. Export Import Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Compliance with International Trade Regulations
    • Monitor and apply current customs laws, trade agreements, and documentation requirements.
    • Guarantee all import/export activities meet legal and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate Export and Import Operations
    • Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and internal teams.
    • Manage shipment schedules, booking, tracking, and documentation.
  • Optimize Logistics and Cost Efficiency
    • Analyze shipping routes, negotiate with service providers, and review freight costs.
    • Etc.

Requirements:

  • Experienced with 3-5 years handled Export and Import supervisory position on
  • Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry
  • Bachelor or Master Degree’s from any discipilne
  • Deep understanding of customs regulations, HS codes, incoterms, and trade agreements.
  • Ability to interpret and apply import/export laws across different countries.
  • Placement: Karawang Plant

 

8. HR Business Partner Asst. Manager (For Supply Chain Function)

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work with teams, managers, and key stakeholders to help build organization and people capability, extend HR activities within the organization.
  • To align the HR agenda with Supply Chain business goals.
  • Building a competitive organization Collaborating with other HR team members on implementing innovative and inclusive recruitment strategies
  • To maintain Supply Chain HC database and develop the most effective report tracking the current progress with HC numbers vs organization design.
  • Etc.

Requirements:

  • University degree in any major (an advantage if you are strong in Psychology, Human Resource Management, etc).
  • Min. 3-5 years of solid experience and hands on in Talent Acquisition and managing end-to-end people matters.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
  • Willing to be placed in Karawang Plant.
  • Willing to undergo 12 months contract of employment.

 

9. Regional Mechanical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the mechanical engineering design per innovation project requirement, provide the engineering feasibility analysis concept/report, scope confirmation and cost estimation per machine capacity and process knowledges.
  • Independently Mechanical/module detail design capacity with material/mechanical design/manufacturing and assembly knowledges.
  • Effectively collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes Supply Chain, mill operations, procurement, equipment suppliers and external service providers to implement innovation project successfully in K-C.
  • Etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline (e.g. Science or Engineering related).
  • A minimum of 5 years of in related technical experience in mill, production or R&E environments.
  • In depth technical knowledge and expertise in personal hygiene products manufacture or machine design is preferred.
  • Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to clearly communicate orally and in writing to individuals and groups and negotiate with customers and category managers.

10. Area Business Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and increasing sales of KC Softex’s products.
  • Establishing, maintaining, and expanding customer accounts in the coverage area.
  • Identify, develop, and evaluate sales strategies and set targets.
  • Identifying new market opportunities
  • Monitoring team’s performance and motivating them to reach the target
  • Cooperating with related parties to increase sales
  • Interviewing and hiring new employees for his team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum D3/S1 any major.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in the sales area.
  • Excellent communication skills, including a willingness to offer positive and negative feedback as needed.
  • Excellent sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven leadership skills, having the ability to manage and motivate people to achieve.
  • Excellent planning, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
  • Computer literate, especially for Ms. Office.
  • Willing to be placed in Palembang, South Sumatera.

 

11. HR Operations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and optimize HR operational services while ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle processes (e.g., probation, promotion, rotation) and maintain accurate personal data in both digital and physical formats.
  • Oversee health insurance administration (BPJS and private), including registration, data validation, and claim resolution, through active coordination with internal teams and external parties.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of attendance and overtime data input, and conduct review and reporting for all employees.
  • Etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Psychology, IT or equivalent.
  • At least have 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and design graphic tools.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, handle sensitive information, and present insights effectively.
  • Willing to be placed in Sidoarjo Plant.
