Pembroke Resources adalah perusahaan Australia yang memiliki Olive Downs Complex, tambang batu bara pembuatan baja kelas dunia berskala besar yang berlokasi di Bowen Basin, Queensland.

Lowongan Kerja PT Semesta Alam Barito (SAB)

1. Supervisor Laboratorium (Code : Spu. Lab)

Requirements :

• Male, maximum age 40 years
• Minimum 3-year diploma (D3) or bachelor’s degree (S1) graduate majoring in Chemical or related
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience as Spv Laboratory or related position
• Have good knowledge & understanding of coal sampling, preparation and analysis.
• Understand validation and verification of test equipment and standards.
• Have good knowledge & understanding about mining safety and environment compliance and implementation in the Laboratory Area
• Good in leadership and communication skills
• Have ability to make decision in accordance with the development of the field situation
• Adhere to the values of integrity and loyalty
• Able to join as soon as possible

2. HRGA Officer (Code : HRGAO)

Requirements :

• Have good knowledge & understanding in Labor law, Industrial Relation, Income Tax (PPH21), and BPJS
• Male / Female, maximum age 40 years
• Bachelor’s degree (S1) Human resources, Psychology or similar field, or equivalent work experience and education
• Demonstrated experience in an HR role throughout the ranks from junior through to supervisory experience
• Strong leadership skills with a keen eye for effective delegation
• Ability to work unsupervised and conduct independent research where required
• Excellent communication slalls both written and verbal
• Strong moral and ethical conduct keeping in line with HR best practices
• Competencies in Microsoft Office, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Excellent interpersonal stalls
• Good attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work
• Adhere to the values of integrity and loyalty

3. Surveyor ( Code: SVV)

Requirements :

• Min Age 25 and Max age 35 years
• Male and Female for any position.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or Geodesi from a Leading University
• Have experience in the same position with at least 2 years or 5 years as a Junior Surveyor or as a Surveyor
• Good managerial, leadership and Communication skills
• Familiar with Surpac. Minescape would be a benefit
• Hold Juru Ukur Tambang. POP Certificate would be a benefit
• Willing to work in remote area (Central Kalimantan) with roster 5 : 2 schedule
• Able to join as soon as possible

4. Crew Surveyor ( Code : CSV )

Requirements :

• Min Age 20 and Max age 35 years
• Male and Female for any position.
• Senior high school graduated or equivalent
• Hard worker & Good Communication skills
• Willing to work in remote area (Central Kalimantan) with roster 5: 2 schedule
• Able to join as soon as possible

5.  Port Superintendent (Code: PS)

Requirements :

• Male, maximum age 40 years
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, industrial Engineering, Geodesy Engineering, or Mining Engineering from a leading university.
• Have experience with the position or related to port activities with at least 5 years in the mining industry
• Min hold POP Certification
• Know well about operational excellence regarding mechanics in col processing activities, stockpile operations, and barging
• Experience in system, implementation, auditing and reporting related to mining safety and environment in the port area
• Good in managerial terms, leadership, and communication skills
• Adhere to the values of integrity and loyalty
• Able to join as soon as possible

6. Supervisor Plan & Blending (Code: Spv. PIBL)

Requirements :

• Male, maximum age 40 years
• Minimum 3-year diploma (D3) or bachelor’s degree (S1) graduate majoring in Mining or related
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience as Spv Plan & Blending or related position
• Have a good knowledge and understanding of coal blending planning
• Understand coal quality determination
• Have good knowledge & understanding about mining safety and environment compliance and implementation in the mining area
• Good in leadership and communication skills
• Have ability to make decision in accordance with the development of the field situation
• Adhere to the values of integrity and loyalty
• Able to join as soon as possible

7. Port/Jetty Admin (Code: PA)

Requirements:

• Male, maximum age 45 years
• Minimum 3-year diploma (D3) or bachelor’s degree (51) graduate majorins In Shipping or Port or Mining or Computer or related
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Jetty Admin or related position
• Familiar with administration system and reporting in the port area
• Have a certificate or training regarding reporting-related software, such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc
• Good in communication and coordination skills
• Adhere to the values of integrity and loyalty
• Able to join as soon as possible

8. Jetty & Barge Loading Master (Code: L&BLM)

Requirements :

• Male, maximum age 45 years
• Minimum 3-year diploma (D3) or bachelor’s degree (S1) graduate majoring in Shipping or Port or related
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience as Jetty Master or Port Terminal or Barging Operation or related position
• Have competence in Barge Loading Activities, Berthing, and Jetty Administration
• Have good knowledge & understanding about mining safety and environment compliance and implementation in the port area
• Good in leadership and communication skills
• Have ability to make decision in accordance with the development of the field situation
• Adhere to the values of integrity and loyalty
• Able to join as soon as possible
