Lowongan Kerja – PT Asahimas Chemical (ASC) merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang industri kimia dasar dengan jenis produk seperti Ethlyene dichoride (EDC), Sodium hypochlorite (NAClO), Caustic Soda (NaOH), Hydrochloric acid (HCl), Vinyl chlorid monomer (VM) dan Polyvinyl chloride (PVC).

Pabrik Chlor Alkali-Vinyl Chloride ASC yang terintegrasi di Cilegon, Banten, Indonesia memproduksi bahan kimia dasar untuk banyak industri hilir. Pada tahun 1986, ASC didirikan sebagai perusahaan multinasional dengan kantor pusat di Jakarta. Pada tahun 1989, mulai beroperasi sebagai kompleks produksi mutakhir di provinsi Banten. Selama bertahun-tahun, kompleks telah berkembang beberapa kali, secara substansial meningkatkan kapasitas produksi.

Lowongan Kerja PT Asahimas Chemical (ASC)

 

1. Head of Corporate Legal

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice to the company’s management on various corporate legal issues.
  • Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights.
  • Ensure that the company complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment.
  • Protect and provide services to the company with best of litigations practices.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and represent the company in legal and administrative proceedings.
  • Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with the company’s business operations.
  • Manage the company’s intellectual property portfolio, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.

Requirement:

  • High ethical standards and integrity.
  • Must have bachelor’s degree majoring Law from a reputable university.
  • Have PERADI/PKPA Certification.
  • At least 10 years working experiences in corporate law, preferably within a corporate legal department or a reputable law firm.
  • Experience in handling complex legal matters and providing strategic legal advice.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and business law.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written English is a must.
  • Placement: Jakarta (Head Office)

 

2. Environment Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • To do regular communication through regular submission of Environment reports in order to keep close communication, updating regulation and prior information of Environmental issue;
  • To do communication as window of Environment Dept in order to updating regulation, abnormal plant condition and other Environmental issue which will be impacting the neighbor companies, community, and regulation through emails, telephones and or regular meetings;
  • To control and manage updating permits and regulations in order to comply with regulation through developing control system, close communication with Government and Environmental communities;
  • To coordinate teams to get new and or renew Government’s permit in order to keep due date environmental permits and project schedule through close communication with related Dept and external parties.

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry;
  • Minimum 4 years experience in the relevant field;
  • Have knowledge and experience to handle matters related to AMDAL, PROPER, Industri Hijau, and environmental global issues
  • Good communication skills, diligent and have initiative;
  • Fluent in English will be beneficial;
  • Placement: Cilegon, Banten (Plant);

 

3. Sales & Marketing Administration

Job Responsibilities:

  • To execute sales administration activities, in order to ensure sales. administration activities are integrated with other sales transaction activities.
  • To execute the supply chain activities, in order to ensure that customer will receive their order as contractual agreement.
  • To support for executing customer relation activities, in order to ensure that other departments are able to fulfil customers need.
  • To summary budget in order to ensure the data provided in accurate, complete and on time schedule.

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree of Administration.
  • Have minimum 1 year experience in the same field.
  • Ability to work as a team member, good communication skills, having initiative.
  • Good command in English.
  • Placement: Jakarta (Head Office).
  • A year contract-based, with an opportunity to become permanent employees based on performance.

 

4. Finance & Accounting Staff

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage any entries through general ledger in Financial Accounting menu of the SAP system
  • Ensure that every product sales made (which its delivery has been done) has been properly billed, the Invoice and other sales documents have been printed and handed over, monthly or periodical sales report has been provided, and copy of product sales billing-purpose documents has appropriately been kept in file
  • Prepare all data required by external auditor
  • Ensure all adjustment has booked properly, if any
  • Ensure audited Financial Statement is release in timely manner

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree or higher in Accounting.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the relevant field.
  • Able to operate SAP system is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills, diligent and have initiative.
  • Fluent in English is a must.
  • Placement: Jakarta (Head Office).
  • A year contract-based, with an opportunity to become permanent employees based on performance.

 

5. Instrument Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance and programming for Delta V DCS;
  • Design, build, and maintain data infrastructure;
  • Build and manage data that can easily extract data and transform it into data storage solutions such as datawarehouses.

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree in Physic Engineering;
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the relevant field;
  • Have knowledge and experience of maintenance and programmer Delta V DCS min. 2 years;
  • Have a skill of IT and data statistic;
  • Capable of tools and software programming such as PowerBI, Alteryx, TableAu, Phyton, and SQL;
  • Good communication skills, diligent and have initiative;
  • Fluent in English will be beneficial;
  • Placement: Cilegon, Banten (Plant);
  • Contract based, have an opportunity to become permanent employees based on performance.
