Salah satu merek paling populer adalah Momogi Stick yaitu camilan stick ekstrudat berbahan dasar jagung dengan ciri khas memiliki rongga di tengahnya. Sari Murni Group bermula pada 1998 dengan didirikannya PT Sari Murni Abadi yaitu fasilitas manufaktur yang bermarkas di Bogor, Jawa Barat. Berselang dua tahun kemudian PT Sari Murni Jaya, fasilitas manufaktur kedua didirikan di Surabaya, Jawa Timur
Sari Murni Group mendistribusikan seluruh produknya melalui depo nasional yang dilanjutkan ke grosir dan toko kelontong. Namun memasuki era internet, sebagian masyarakat beralih berbelanja secara online melalui platform marketplace. Sehingga Sari Murni Group membuka distribusi penjualan lewat berbagai platform e-commerce di Indonesia termasuk Shopee, Tokopedia, Tiktok Shop dan Astro. Sejak April 2022, Sari Murni Group diakuisisi oleh Metaside Global Holding Pte, Ltd (mayoritas) dan PT Mitra Dinamika Indotama (minoritas). Pasca diakuisisi, Sari Murni Group terus melebarkan sayapnya hingga pada akhir 2022, Sari Murni Group melalui Momogi telah membawa bisnis camilannya ke lebih 10 negara. Lowongan Kerja PT Sari Murni Group

1. Facility Management Supervisor

• Responsible for managing the leasing and renewal of new warehouse tenants for warehouse and factories.
• Managing and supervising building repairs and maintenance at warehouse and factories.
• Supervising the management of consumable goods in factories and headquarters.
• Responsible for licensing needs, providing information, and managing the issuance of lift access cards to building managers at the headquarters.
• Managing and supervising general assistants (warehouse guards & OB/OG) at the warehouse and headquarters.
• Creating and ensuring SOPs related to General Affairs.
• Collaborating with the IT team for asset needs related to IT.

Requirements:

• Min.3 years experience in the field of Facilities Management at Factory or Distribution
• Have good cross-functional and interpersonal leadership skills to be able to build relationships and demonstrate a high level of cooperation
• Have knowledge of regulations and systems related to facility management
• Willing to travel and mobile in various area

2. HSE Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Occupational Safety, Health and Environment Management Standard, HSE management system audit, HSE regulation and international standards.
• At least 5 years (s) of working experience as a section head level in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bogor/Sidoarjo.

3. International Business Manager

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills are essential (proficiency in English is a must).
• Proficiency in languages other than English and Indonesian will be a plus.
• Having a wide network overseas in the FMCG industry is preferred.
• Flexibility to travel internationally is required.

4. IR & ER Supervisor

Requirements:

• Plan and implement an industrial relations strategy with a key focus on modernizing and engaging employees.
• Design and development of ER policy, processes, and tools to deliver required changes at all levels of the organization.
• Responsible for Industrial Relations activities including handling disciplinary cases and advising management on best industry practices.
• Set direction, create policy, and offer expert advice in all matters relating to collective bargaining and corporate-wide industrial relations issues.
• To develop a system to link performance to payroll and remuneration to encourage productivity.
• Support and align cultural and behavioral change necessary for all corporate IR/ER program.

5. SAP FICO Specialist

Requirements:

• Bachelor in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experienced in related field.
• Experience with end to end FICO cycle for manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP FICO project implementation.
• Experience in S/4HANA.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

6. Recruitment Lead

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Proven work experience as Recruitment Specialist, Recruitment Supervisor, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with HR Databases.
• Target-oriented and have the experience to work with SLA.
• Strong analytical skills, team management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong decision and stakeholder management skills.

7. SEO Specialist

Requirements:

• Min 3 years proven SEO Experience.
• In-depth experience managing website and SEO analytics tools.
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.

8. Packaging Designer

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial design, graphic design, art, or a similar field.
• Marketing experience would be preferable.

• Familiarity with various packaging materials.
• Knowledge of consumer packaging health and safety regulations.
• Proficient with 3D design software.

9. Talent Management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in performance management, succession planning, and talent development.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Strong in Strategic thinking, effective communication, and a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and talent development process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• CHRMP, CHRP, or other related BNSP certification is a plus.

10. R&D Packaging

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science or a similar area.
