Lowongan Kerja – PT Rohto Laboratories Indonesia pertama didirikan pada tahun 1889 sebagai Apotek Shintendo Yamada Anmin, toko obat keluarga yang dijalankan oleh Yasutami Yamada di Osaka, Jepang. Mentholatum didirikan pada tahun 1889 di Wichita, Kansas. Lowongan Kerja PT Rohto Laboratories Indonesia
1. Medical Device Quality Assurance Staff
Responsibilities :
- Ensure and do Preparation of Medical Device File for every Medical device products produced by RLI are in accordance with condition applicable standard.
- Ensure the registration document is availableand submitted within the timeline.
- Perform post marketing monitoring, evaluation of risk management process, pre-clinical and clinical of product according to relevant standards.
Qualifications :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, preferably a licensed pharmacist with a minimum GPA of 3.00 of 4.00
- Good knowledge of GMP and QMS
- Computer literate and proficient in English
- Placement in Padalarang, Bandung
2. Utility & WWTP Staff
Responsibilities :
- Control and optimize the performance of utility operators.
- Assist manager in organizing and coordinating safety and maintenance procedures, service schedules, repairing and supplying requests for materials and spare parts to repair and maintain machines and utility equipment.
- Assist the Engineering & Maintenance Manager to design, planning, and fulfilling the maintenance needs of utility machines.
Qualifications :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00 of 4.00
- Experienced in the field of HVAC system operation and maintenance, specializing in temperature and air quality control for pharmaceutical manufacturing environments
- Fresh graduates are welcome, preferably with 2 year experience
- Good knowledge of GMP, HAS, Lean Six Sigma, TPM, 5R
- Innovative and strong analytical skill

3. Research & Development Formulation Staff
Responsibilities :
- Conduct and manage research and development activities and sources
- Research and analyze for optimal formula claim and manufacturing process
- Plan and monitor the schedule of new product launching
Qualifications :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, preferably a licensed pharmacist with a minimum GPA of 3.00 of 4.00
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Good knowledge of GMP, formulation, and analytical methods
- Experienced in liquid and semi-solid information

4. E-Commerce Intern
Responsibilities :
- Shoot raw videos (with or without face), ensuring high quality (lighting, angle, focus) aligned with brand guidelines
- Edit video content for our e-commerce platforms, adjusting format, duration, captions, and music
- Monitor skincare and e-commerce trends to generate creative content ideas, hooks, and viral concepts
- Support live stream content, including teasers, highlights, and recaps
- Host live streaming sessions, present products clearly and engagingly, explain product benefits and usage, and encourage CTAs (add to cart, checkout, follow store)
- Interact with viewers in real-time, answer questions, respond to reviews, and handle minor complaints professionally
- Coordinate with marketing/e-commerce teams on content briefs, scripts, campaigns, and promotions
Qualifications :
- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree
- Confident, communicative, articulate, and camera-friendly
- Proficient in video editing applications (minimum CapCut) and basic editing skills (subtitles, music, CTA)

5. Product Development Specialist
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and develop new product concepts
- Create and implement marketing plans to build brand awareness and support brand image
- Conduct research for marketing and product/brand development strategies, including brand awareness, marketing activities, and digital marketing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support brand image and awareness
- Responsible for branding, positioning, and launching products
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy/Medical with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical/medical device industry
- Strong product and brand development knowledge, planning and strategy, market research, promotions (ATL & BTL), brand communication, and digital marketing
- Understanding of product and process development, with the ability to follow New Product Development processes
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and presentation skills
- Proficient in computer literacy and technologically savvy

6. Product Specialist (Cell Culture & Medium)
Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the biotech and life sciences sectors, in both collaborations and sales
- Prepare and develop product concept/ marketing strategies to achieve sales targets of assigned products within the framework of business objectives (such as brand awareness, marketing activity, and digital marketing)
- Organize and conduct product portfolio presentations to prospective clients (weekly/monthly)
- Build and lead a marketing program that consists of experiences, sponsorship, or promotions to support products/brands, including developing promotional materials, sampling and promotions, and advertising campaigns in all types of media for all categories.
- Build and maintain good relationships with KOL to get support for the brand image and awareness
- Locate new potential customers via prospecting and setting up appointments with key decision-makers
- Develop and maintain deep product knowledge so as to be able to sell consultatively and make recommendations to prospects and clients on solutions that best meet their research needs. (Engage with customers to understand their needs and present solutions that meet those needs)
- Interact with customers to provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding cell culture media applicationsMonitor competitive product promotion and recommend specific measures and actions to counter competitive activity
- Up-to-Date with product knowledge, policies, and processes to provide accurate and relevant information to customers
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Biology/ Pharmacy, with a minimum GPA 3.00 of or 4.00.
- Minimum 1,5 years as Product Specialist at Stem Cell/Culture Media Company
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with researchers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
