Lowongan Kerja PT Nipsea Paint and Chemicals

 

 

1. Operator Warehouse

Kualifikasi :

  • Minimal pendidikan SMA/Sederajat
  • Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Operator Warehouse
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Ancol, Jakarta Utara

 

2. Project Spesifikasi

Requirements :

  • Pendidikan terakhir minimal S1/ Sederajat (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply) dari berbagai jurusan
  • Memiliki kendaraan pribadi
  • Memiliki SIM A dan SIM C
  • Memiliki kendaraan pribadi mobil merupakan nilai plus
  • Kandidat bersedia di tempatkan di Gresik
  • Diutamakan berdomisili sesuai dengan wilayah penempatan
  • Bersedia perjalanan Luar Kota dan Luar Pulau
  • Berpenampilan rapi dan komunikatif
  • Berpengalaman dalam bahan bangunan dan project (merupakan nilai plus)

3. Finance Business Partner Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning, Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare and present regular financial reports and analysis to senior management
    • Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making
    • Monitor financial performance against competitors, budgets and forecasts, identifying and addressing variances
  • Business Partnering:
    • Collaborate with business leaders to drive financial performance and achieve business objectives
    • Act as a strategic advisor to the management team, providing financial insights and recommendations
    • Support business segment leaders in understanding financial implications of business decisions
  • Strategic Initiatives:
    • Lead financial aspects of strategic projects and initiatives within the business segment
    • Provide financial modeling and analysis to support strategic planning and investment decisions
    • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements
  • Team Management:
    • Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
    • Provide guidance and development opportunities to team members, ensuring continuous improvement and growth
    • Ensure team alignment with corporate financial policies and procedures

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or relevant professional certification would be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in finance, with a focus on financial planning and analysis, business partnering, and team management
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills as well as excellent presentation and communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior management and to manage and develop a high-performing team
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

4. Purchasing (Export Import) Supervisor

Requirements :

  • Minimum bachelor’s from a reputable university.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Purchasing at manufacturing company.
  • Computer literacy; Data processing application, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
  • Have outstanding communication skills in English (must be fluent both in oral and written communication).
  • Have a good experience in creating or processing data and reports, especially in PPT.
  • Detail oriented; organized recording and documentation.
  • Able to work closely with Production, Sales, and Warehouses to improve forecasting, purchasing, and overall stock management.
  • Placement : Jakarta Utara

Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for the implementation of import and export activities according to SOP.
  • Forecast planning.
  • Price negotiation and PO issuance.
  • Monitoring delivery schedules and updating to SAP systems.
  • Submit invoices and BL on time to finance for payment processing.
  • Carrying out the export process starting from receiving the PO, negotiating shipping prices with forwarders, the process of creating export documents and monitoring the export-import process.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

 

5. Payroll Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Management:
    • Oversee the entire payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payroll execution for all employees
    • Ensure compliance with local tax laws, labor regulations, and company policies related to payroll
    • Prepare and present regular payroll reports and analysis to senior management
    • Monitor payroll metrics and KPIs, identifying trends and areas for improvement
    • Liaise with HR and Finance department to ensure alignment and accuracy of payroll-related data
    • Conduct audits and reconciliations to ensure payroll accuracy and integrity
  • Process Improvement:
    • Develop and implement strategies to streamline and improve payroll processes
    • Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in payroll management
    • Identify opportunities for automation and system enhancements to increase efficiency
  • Team Management:
    • Provide guidance and development opportunities to team members, ensuring continuous improvement and growth
    • Ensure team alignment with corporate policies and procedures related to payroll

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in payroll management, with a focus on large-scale payroll operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and presentation abilities in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior management and to manage and develop a high-performing team
  • Proficiency in payroll software (e.g. Talenta HRIS)
  • Placement : Jakarta Utara

 

6. Tax Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Tax Compliance and Reporting
    • Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of all tax returns (corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, etc.) in compliance with Indonesian tax regulations
    • Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the company
    • Prepare and present regular tax reports and analysis to senior management
  • Tax Planning and Strategy
    • Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize the company’s tax position
    • Provide tax advice and support on business transactions and strategic initiatives
    • Conduct thorough analysis and risk assessments of tax implications for business decisions
  • Audit and Liaison
    • Coordinate and manage tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities
    • Act as the primary contact for all tax-related matters, liaising with external tax advisors and regulatory bodies
  • Team Management
    • Manage and mentor a small team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
    • Provide guidance and development opportunities to team members, ensuring continuous improvement and growth
    • Ensure team alignment with corporate tax policies and procedures

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or related field; relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, or equivalent) preferred
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in tax management, with a focus on corporate tax compliance and planning
  • Strong analytical and tax planning skills, as well as excellent communication and presentation abilities in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior management and to manage and develop a high-performing team
  • Proficiency in tax portal and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
