Lowongan Kerja – PT Maju Aman Sejahtera (Gadai MAS)  merupakan perusahaan pergadaian swasta berskala nasional yang memiliki sejarah dan pengalaman panjang di bidang pergadaian. Gadai MAS telah menjalankan bisnis pergadaian sejak bulan Maret 2014. Perusahaan didirikan di Jakarta berdasarkan Akte Notaris Rini Handayani SH. No. 05 tanggal 14 Februari 2014, serta telah terdaftar oleh Badan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) dengan nomor S-1857/NB.111/201 sebagai perusahaan pergadaian emas swasta yang resmi dan terpercaya.

1. HC Payroll Section Head

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Having Experience of 3 years as Comben/Reward Supervisor.
  • Proficient in HRIS & payroll systems, calculating employee income tax, BPJSK and BPJSH.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Spreadsheets.
  • Strong knowledge of 3P Compensation Design, Variable
  • Incentive Strategy, Job Evaluation, HR policies and labor laws related to compensation and benefits.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Placement: Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara

 

2. People Development Supervisor

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Psychology or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 years as training/ people development supervisor.
  • Having proven track records in delivering employee training or learning development program.
  • Proficiency in utilizing learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office environment (Word, PowerPoint, especially with Excel).
  • Good planning, organize, detailed oriented and project management skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively in order to build positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.

3. People Development Staff

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Psychology or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 years as training/ people development staff.
  • Experienced in conducting employee training and managing career development programs, including Management Trainee initiatives.
  • Experienced in utilizing learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office environment (Word, PowerPoint, especially with Excel).
  • Able to work collaboratively in order to build positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Placement: Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara

 

4. Organization Development Staff

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Having experience in Organization Development / Talent Management is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Job Description, Competency, Performance Appraisal, Work Load Analysis.
  • Strong planning and organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage changing priorities, handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to a changing business environment.
  • Self-starter, motivated, detailed/results oriented & Innovative.
  • Strong organizational skilis & ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Placement: Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara

 

5. RIK Management Department Head

Qualifications :

  • Possess a High level of ethics and integrity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, risk management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Min. 3 years of experience as Risk & Legal Manager (Already experienced in the pawn shops industry is preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, regulatory & compliance, methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong digital literacy and proven digital business analysis skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certification in risk management BSMR level 3 is an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) regulations.

6. Internal Audit Department Head

Qualifications :

  • Possess a High level of ethics and integrity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ accounting or related field.
  • Min. 3 years of experience as an Internal Audit Manager (Already
  • Experienced as an auditor in the pawn shop industry is preferred).
  • Holding a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) will have an added advantage.
  • Experience as a fraud investigator is an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of audit methodology audit planning, audit program development, control testing approach, work paper documentation, work paper review, and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of systems & procedures and Good Corporate Governance practice.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong knowledge of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) regulations.
  • Familiarity with audit software, data analytics tools, and information systems.

7. Product Development Section Head

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in product development, preferably in the electronics or pawn industry.
  • Proven experience in designing and launching new products and developing distribution strategies.
  • Familiar with multi-channel distribution (retail, e-commerce, regional distributors).
  • Skilled in developing and executing distribution channel strategies, including distributor mapping, tiering, and performance tracking.
  • Strong understanding of electronics product lifecycle, inventory flow, and compliance requirements.
  • Data-driven, with experience setting and tracking KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fast learner, results-oriented, and able to work cross-functionally in dynamic environments.

8. Branch Finance Operation

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/economic/management. a related field.
  • Min. 4 years of experience in Finance/Accounting/Operations (experience in the financial industry is preferred).
  • Experience in analysis, planning, and financial reporting.
  • Experience to handling operational management implementation (Facilities, Employees, risk management, and operational excellence).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
  • Willing to travel on business trips within the Gadai MAS operational areas outside the placement area.
  • Open for: Cabang Bangkalan, Cabang Pemekasan, Cabang Besuki – Jawa Timur & Cabang Sidrap – Sulawesi Selatan
