Lowongan Kerja – PT Longmotive Indonesia Group adalah perusahaan konstruksi elektromekanikal berskala besar yang mengkhususkan diri dalam pembangunan infrastruktur pusat data (data center), Berpengalaman dalam pembangunan berbagai fasilitas data center, dengan cakupan pekerjaan teknis seperti kelistrikan (Electrical), ACMV (Tata Udara), ELV, fire protection, hingga testing & commissioning. 

Perusahaan ini memiliki latar belakang dari Tiongkok dan berafiliasi dengan jaringan konstruksi regional (seperti Longmotive (M) Sdn. Bhd. di Malaysia), Beroperasi di wilayah Indonesia dengan proyek dan kantor utama yang banyak berpusat di Batam (seperti di kawasan Nongsa) serta Jakarta.

Lowongan Kerja PT Longmotive Indonesia Group

1. Senior Mechanical Engineer

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience as a Senior Mechanical Engineer in MEP construction projects
• Experience in high-rise buildings, hospitals, data centers, or industrial projects is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of HVAC/ACMV systems and mechanical utilities.
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Able to coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for installation, material delivery, and site execution
• Fluent in English is mandatory, able to speak Mandarin is Highly Prefered
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems & Strong technical and coordination skills
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and multidisciplinary project environment
• Location: Jakarta & Batam

2. Senior Electrical Engineer

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience as a Senior Electrical Engineer in MEP construction projects
• Experience in high-rise buildings, hospitals, data centers, or industrial projects is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of HVAC/ACMV systems and mechanical utilities
• Proficient in AutoCAD, and electrical design software (ETAP, DIALux, SKM, or equivalent)
• Knowledge of power distribution, lighting, earthing, emergency systems, and LV/HV panels
• Fluent in English is mandatory, able to speak Mandarin is Highly Prefered
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems & Strong technical and coordination skills
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and multidisciplinary project environment
• Location: Jakarta & Batam

3. Maintenance Supervisor

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar maintenance role.
• Experience in supervising maintenance activities, contractors, and subcontractors on site.
• Able to plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure operational reliability.
• Able to read, interpret, and understand drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage maintenance teams and ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Fluent in English is mandatory, Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred.

4. Maintenance Officer

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in building maintenance, facility maintenance, or MEP maintenance.
• Strong understanding of Fire Protection Systems, and electrical installation.
• Able to read and understand electrical drawings
• Experience in supervising maintenance activities,, and subcontractors on site.
• Knowledge of data center infrastructure systems, including electrical distribution, fire protection systems, and supporting facilities is preferred.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Fluent in English is mandatory, Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred.

5. Fire Protection Manager

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or a related Engineering field
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience as a Fire Protection Engineer in MEP construction projects
• Experience in high-rise buildings, hospitals, data centers, or commercial projects is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of Fire Protection Systems
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, as-built drawings, and MEP technical specifications
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Fire Protection-related certification is an advantage
• Fluent in English is mandatory, able to speak Mandarin is Highly Prefered
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and multidisciplinary project environment
• Location: Jakarta & Batam

6. Fire Protection Engineer

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or a related Engineering field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Fire Protection Engineer in MEP construction projects
• Experience in high-rise buildings, hospitals, data centers, or commercial projects is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of Fire Protection Systems
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, as-built drawings, and MEP technical specifications
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Fire Protection-related certification is an advantage
• Fluent in English is mandatory, able to speak Mandarin is Highly Prefered
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and multidisciplinary project environment
