Lowongan Kerja – PT  LG Electronics Indonesia merupakan anak perusahaan dari LG Electronics Inc yang didirikan di Korea pada tahun 1985. Di Indonesia sendiri, perusahaan ini memulai jejaknya pada tahun 1990 dan berpusat di Jakarta.

PT LG Electronics Indonesia bergerak di bidang manufaktur dan memasarkan alat-alat  elektronik konsumer, alat komunikasi mobile dan peralatan rumah tangga seperti TV, monitor, Audio Video dan juga produk-produk lainnya. Awalnya perusahaan ini menggunakan nama Goldstar di tahun 1958. Nama LG sendiri diambil dari gabungan 2 perusahaan Korea, yakni Lucky dan Goldstar sehingga disingkat menjadi LG. Baru pada tahun 1995, namanya menjadi LG Electronics dan kemudian membeli Zenith Electronics.

1. R&D – Quality Engineering Staff

Responsibilities :

• Reduce customer defect (appearance, performance, part, customer feel problem, etc) analysis and improvement
• Monitoring defect by graph trend and weekly reporting
• Improvement part by identification problem, define, measure, analysis and countermeasure
• Quality MGT for manage problem and improvement control by index rate

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Manufacturing & Defect Analysis (Fresh graduate under consideration)
• Possess the ability to operate 2D & 3D design software (Unix Graphix, Solid Work, Inventor, etc)
• Fluent in English
• Injection molding skills are a plus
• Must be able to travel overseas as required for service riding

2. R&D – Product Development Staff

Responsibilities :

• To meet Q, C, D of New Product Development
• Communicate to related team on New Product Development Process
• Development new part, conduct approval test and prepare related documents
• Create BOM, calculate cost and ECO for modification
• Create drawing 3D, 2D parts and assembly
• Support line production stabilization for new product MFG process

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree from Engineering
• Proven experiences at least 1 year (fresh graduate are welcome)
• English proficient (written and verbal)
• Good skill in CAD 3D and 2D design software
• Understanding Six Sigma is a plus
• Creative, logical thinking and accurate person

3. R&D – Module Staff

Responsibilities :

• Refrigerator cycle part development
• Manage, analyze and improve quality of refrigerator performance
• Cost analysis and improvement
• Reporting and presentation

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree from Mechanical Engineering
• Having good knowledge about refrigerator cycle parts
• Having good drawing skill for 2D and 3D using drawing software
• Having good English communication
• Good in using Microsoft office (Excel and Power Point)
• Capable to work under pressure

4. Information Display BDM (Retail Sector)

Responsibilities :

• Finding commercial Signage/Display (Information Display) business opportunity in Financial Sector.
• Manage project sales (B2B) from beginning to end.
• Create and executes project work.

Requirements :

• At least bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Have experience in education and government area at least 5 years.
• Strong in English and time management.

5. Sales Engineer Chiller Products

Responsibilities :

• Provide in-depth technical knowledge and support to potential and existing clients regarding chiller systems and related technologies.
• Conduct site assessments to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate chiller solutions & AHU/FCU.
• Conduct training sessions for clients on the installation, operation, and maintenance of chiller systems.
• Utilize CAD software and other tools to create customized system designs and layouts

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HVAC sales, with a focus on chillers, or a combination of technical and sales roles.
• Strong understanding of Chiller & HVAC systems, particularly chillers, including thermodynamics, refrigeration cycles, and energy efficiency principles.

6. Sales Engineer ID Products

Responsibilities ;

• Understand the technical specifications and functionalities of information display products, such as digital signage, LED displays, and interactive screens.
• Provide technical support and product demonstrations to showcase how the products can meet their needs.
• Assist the sales team with technical aspects of the sales process. This includes preparing and delivering technical presentations, creating proposals, and responding to technical inquiries from clients.
• Oversee the implementation of display solutions, ensuring that projects are completed on time and meet the client’s specifications.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as Sales Engineer, with a focus on information display or IT B2B Products
• Strong understanding of Information display technical.

7. CAC Pre-Sales

Responsibilities ;

• Sells technical products, services, installations, and configurations to assigned customer for specific technical product and/or application of product.
• Provides technical interface between customer and company engineering, manufacturing and program management representatives.
• Researches customer technical specifications and requirements with current or potential technical specifications of company products.
• Prepares and conducts technical sales briefings for customer and company representatives.
• Develops potential technical specifications, pricing considerations and contract requirements. Also prepares sales forecasts. Investigates new applications or improvements to products with customers.

Requirements :

• Minimum S1 degree in any major
• Have experience in project sales/ Channel Sales/ Pre-Sales HVAC for more than 2 years
• Fluent in English both spoken and written
• Excellence in data processing and presentation skill

8. GTM Team Leader

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for managing national in-store activity.
• Overall store display such as display rack and POSM, manpower management (promoter, trainer, merchandiser)
• In-store display includes store renovation, POSM and monitoring SKU flooring
• Promoter management such including sellout productivity, capability/performance and motivation.
• Capability development thru training part includes
• Offline/online training, performance management, material development, BP search. Trainers and merchandisers
• capability also need to be managed.

Requirements :

• At least bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Good knowledge In-Store management, Retail, Salesforce management.
• Experienced as Team Head/ Manager Min. 3 years.

9. Consumer Electronics Salesman

Responsibilities :

• Maintain relationship with existing dealer and grow potential market for LG Electronics product.
• Developing medium to long-term sales plans and preparing sales strategies.
• Achieve monthly sales target.

Requirements :

• A Bachelor Degree in any major
• Have experienced at least 2 years as salesman
• Great in communications & good in time management
• Excellence in Excel & other Microsoft tools.

10. Digital Performance & Web Optimization

Responsibilities :

• Monitor and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Criteo, etc.)
• Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights to maximize ROAS
• Plan and execute monthly digital campaigns (promo, seasonal, launches)
• Coordinate with creative team for new ad materials
• Managing web day to ensure web content (banners, promo pages, product info) is up-to-date
• Coordinate with HQ & Regional developers and partners for site enhancements
• Support budget planning, spend tracking, and campaign ROI evaluation

Requirements :

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance ads, or eCommerce
• Strong analytical mindset, familiar with GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads
• Experience in website management and user experience optimization
• Able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Excel, data visualization, and reporting tools

11. Service Quality

Responsibilities :

• Monitoring & analysis TV & AV Product quality.
• Quality Issue TV & AV product and follow up.
• Technical support for TV & AV product quality issue.
• Used part collection and analysis for TV & AV product.
• Trainer TV & AV products.

Requirements :

• A Bachelor Degree any major.
• Have a good communication skill (written & spoken).
• Have good knowledge related customer care / Relationship.
• Experienced as electronics technician will be advantage
• Able to work in team or individual, and able to work in pressure.

12. CS Network Data Analyst

Responsibilities :

• Monitoring Work In Progress on regional Area.
• Controlling day to day service center activity and provide support for field obstacles
• Make regular weekly – monthly report analyze service performance toward target and improvements needed
• Handling voice of customer and countermeasure respond needed
• Manage Authorized Service Center and way-of-working to be able to meet good customer service satisfaction level.

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree in Information System or equivalent.
• Proven experiences as data analyst at least 1 year.
• Fluent in English
• Familiar with Microsoft Operation System (Ms. Excel, Power Point, Word).

13. Service Network Part Leader

Responsibilities :

• Responsible to all operation of Service Network in Indonesia, direct and indirect channel
• Monitor and evaluation of the quality and operation of Service Center based upon Customer Satisfaction Index
• Ensure the effectiveness activity in Service Center in accordance with SOP
• Management VOC & VOD and countermeasure program activities
• Able to handle several project at the same time, inter and intra Departments.

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree of Engineering, Statistic or equivalent.
• Experienced at least 5 years in customer service management, preferred from electronics.
• Strong in managerial and English proficient.

14. Material – Global Import Staff

Responsibilities :

• Maintain purchasing of import material (Analyze forecast trend)
• Control material requirement planning
• Confirm shipment & production plan
• Control inventory (amount & quantity) of purchased part
• Arrival control import incoming part
• Communicate with foreign supplier & internal team regarding part issue
• Check new development import part collaboration with related team (R&D and Procurement Development)

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree of Engineering, Industrial Engineering recommended
• Excellent in Ms. Office
• Have a good negotiation and communication skills
• Fluent in English (Verbal & Written) is a must
• Familiar with supply chain (incoterm, purchasing, inventory, material requirement planning)
• Familiar with import purchasing, MRP, ERP (Oracle) are point plus
