Lowongan Kerja PT IEG Manufacturing Indonesia
1. CNC Flame Cutting Operator
Requirements :
- Min SMA/SMK in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Min Exp 1 years operating CNC flame cutting machines
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings
- Skilled in operating CNC flame cutting machines and measuring tools
- Knowledge of safety procedures and quality standards
Job Responsibilities :
- Operate CNC flame cutting machines according to technical specifications
- Prepare materials and set up machine programs
- Cut metal plates based on engineering drawings
- Ensure cutting results meet quality standards and tolerances
- Perform routine maintenance and basic machine checks
- Report any machine issues or non-conformities to supervisors
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and follow safety procedures
2. Bevel Operator
Requirements :
- Min SMA/SMK preferably in Engineering.
- Min 1 year experience in machine operator
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools.
- Good physical condition, able to work in a factory environment.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work in a team.
Job Responsibilities :
- Operate beveling machines to shape the edges of materials (metal/glass).
- Set bevel angle and depth according to technical specifications.
- Inspect bevel quality using precision measuring tools.
- Perform light machine maintenance such as lubrication and cleaning.
- Accurately record work results and production time.
- Follow workplace safety procedures (EHS).
3. Welder (FCAW & GMAW)
Requirements :
- Min. SMA/SMK
- Min Exp 1 year FCAW & GMAW welding
- Welding certification is preferred
- Able to read technical drawings and understand welding specifications
- Knowledge of safety procedures and quality standards
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work independently or in a team
Job Responsibilities :
- Able to read weld map and follow WPS Perform welding using FCAW and GMAW methods according to standards
- Prepare materials and equipment before welding
- Ensure welds meet drawing specifications and quality standards
- Conduct visual inspection of welds
- Report any defects or issues to the supervisor
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and follow safety procedures
- Perform basic maintenance on welding equipment
4. Commercial Manager
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree (Management, Engineering, or related field).
- Min 5 years of experience in commercial/manufacturing roles
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good Communication in English.
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop commercial strategies to boost sales and profitability.
- Handle pricing proposals and contracts with clients and vendors.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as production, engineering, and logistics.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Maintain good relationships with key customers.
- Monitor and manage budgets and sales targets.
- Prepare commercial performance reports and provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Oversee tender processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners and external stakeholders.
- Identify commercial risks and develop mitigation plans.
5. Quality Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Manager in heavy industry, fabrication, or engineering-based manufacturing
- Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001; knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Strong knowledge of QMS, CAPA, root cause analysis, and audits
- Able to read and understand mechanical drawings
- Good understanding of fabrication, machining, painting, and welding quality standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
Job Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the QA/QC team
- Develop and maintain QMS based on ISO 9001
- Plan and conduct internal audits; support external audits and certifications
- Analyze quality issues, identify root causes, and implement CAPA
- Work with production, engineering, and supply chain to solve quality problems
- Ensure compliance with customer specs and industry standards
- Conduct training on quality standards and continuous improvement
- Maintain quality records, audit reports, and improvement logs
- Communicate clearly in English
- Understand quality control in fabrication, machining, painting, and welding
6. Senior HR-GA Officer
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Psychology, or a related field.
- Min 3 years of experience in HR and GA, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, motivate teams
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Good communication in English
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with labor regulations.
- Supervise employee administration: attendance, leave, personnel data, and employment contracts.
- Responsible for payroll processing: salary calculation, overtime, deductions, and related tax reporting
- Manage industrial relations, BPJS Health & Employment.
- Handle GA: office supplies, PPE, cleaning, and security.
- Handle expatriate documents: VISA, KITAS, and operational coordination.
- Support employee training, development, and performance evaluation.
- Prepare regular HR-GA reports and support internal/external audits.
7. Senior Material Planner
Requirements :
- Min Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- Min. 5 years experience in material planning or supply chain
- Skilled in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong in Excel & data analysis
- Strong Leadership Skill
- Good in forecasting & inventory control
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Able to work with suppliers & internal teams
- Good Communication in English (spoken & written)
Job Responsibilities :
- Plan material needs based on production & orders
- Send forecasts & POs to suppliers on time
- Monitor inventory to meet company targets
- Maintain accurate material data (lead time, safety stock, etc.)
- Prevent shortages or overstock
- Support engineering changes with smooth material transition
- Coordinate with suppliers, production & internal teams
- Report material status to management
8. Senior Programer
Requirements :
- Min Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or machine programming.
- Proficient in CNC programming and CAM software.
- Skilled in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and CAD/CAM simulation.
- Experienced in PLC programming and industrial control systems.
- Basic programming knowledge in Python or C++ for automation.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with good in English
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and optimize CNC programs (G-code/M-code).
- Use CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360) for machining design and simulation.
- Prepare and review SOPs, WIs, and technical drawings.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and QA teams.
- Support automation integration (PLC, sensors, robotics).

9. Senior Project Engineer
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, or related field)
- Min 5 years of exp in project engineering, preferably in manufacturing, oil & gas, or heavy construction industries.
- Strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional project teams.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and specifications.
- Skilled in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Microsoft Project.

- Lead and manage engineering projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and ensure target achievement.
- Coordinate across departments for smooth project execution.

10. Machine Shop Supervisor
Requirements :

- Familiar with engineering software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CNC)

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities in the machining
- Ensure all machines operate safely and efficiently.

- Train, mentor, and evaluate machine operators’ performance.

11. QA Engineer
Requirements :
- Min Diploma in Industrial Eng, Mechanical Eng, or related fields..
- Min Exp 3 year of experience in QA/QC in manufacturing industry.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and knowledgeable in API/ISO standards
- Good communication in English
Job Responsibilities :
- Ensure product and process quality meets internal and external standards.
- Conduct internal and external audits, and field inspections.
- Handle and verify Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
- Prepare and manage quality documentation: ITRs, RFIs, CoCs & audit reports
- Analyze quality data and compile monthly KPI reports.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct internal training on quality systems and QA procedures.
- Contribute to QA/QC system development and continuous improvement.
12. Cost Estimator
Requirements :
- Min Diploma in Industrial Eng, Mechanical Eng, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a cost estimator for customer-driven projects (custom fabrication, engineering services, etc.).
- Proficient in Excel, estimation software, and ERP systems
- Able to read technical drawings and understand client spec
- Detail-oriented, analytical skill
- Good communication in English
Job Responsibilities :
- Analyze customer RFQ/RFP documents to understand scope and technical requirements.
- Prepare cost estimates covering materials, labor, production processes, vendor services, and logistics.
- Coordinate with technical teams to validate work methods and quantities.
- Develop BoQ and cost breakdowns for pricing proposals.
- Perform unit price analysis and profit margin calculations.
- Support price negotiation processes and internal cost reviews.
- Revise estimates based on design changes, scope adjustments, or project conditions
13. Shipping Officer
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Logistics Management, Business Administration, or equivalent)
- Min 2 years of experience in shipping or logistics
- Knowledge of export/import procedures and related documentation
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with customs regulations and port procedures
- Good Communication in English
Job Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and monitor export and/or domestic shipments
- Prepare shipping documents such as invoice, packing list, and export documents (BL, COO, PEB, etc.)
- Liaise with logistics providers, forwarders, and customs authorities
- Ensure timely and compliant delivery of goods
- Input and update shipment data in ERP systems or internal databases
- Handle claims or issues related to shipping (damage, delay, loss)
- Ensure compliance with export/import regulations and company standards
- Provide regular reports to management on shipment status
14. QC Inspector (Machining)
Requirements :
- Min SMA/SMK
- Min 1 year experience as QC Inspector in manufacturing company
- Able to read technical drawings and use precision measuring tools.
- Have knowledge Machining Process
- Have knowledge for measuring tools (faro arm, CMM, bevel protector, ID-OD micro, bore gauge
- Familiar with QC Software
Job Responsibilities :
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections of machined products.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and applicable quality standards.
- Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.
- Record inspection results and prepare accurate quality reports.
- Report non-conformities to supervisors and coordinate with the production team.
- Ensure all inspected products comply with ISO standards and internal procedures.
- Support internal and external audits and continuous improvement processes.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
15. CNC Flame Cutting Leader
Requirements :
- Min SMA/SMK in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Min Exp 1 year operating CNC flame cutting machines
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings
- Skilled in operating CNC flame cutting machines and measuring tools
- Proficient in operating and programming CNC Flame Cutting machines.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and quality standards
Job Responsibilities :
- Lead and supervise CNC Flame Cutting operations according to production standards.
- Ensure CNC programs are executed correctly and cutting results match technical drawings.
- Perform initial checks on materials before cutting process.
- Inspect cutting results and ensure quality meets standards.
- Report machine breakdowns or technical issues to the maintenance team.
- Prepare daily reports on production and material usage.
