Lowongan Kerja PT Gistex Textile Division

1. Staff Purchasing (Raw Material)

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Textile Chemistry, Textile Engineering or related field
• Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in the textile industry.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms for raw materials, such as fabrics, yarns, and dyes
• Proficiency in procurement software (SAP)
• Fluent English both and oral
• Placement at Bandung

2. Staff System Management And Compliance

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Textile Chemistry, Textile Engineering or related field
• Previous experience in system management, compliance, or quality assurance preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to identify compliance issues and propose solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards, such as ISO, Oekotex, GRS or industry-specific requirements, is an advantage
• Having internal audit certification is a plus

3. Marketing Executive

Qualification

• S1 all majors with min GPA 2.75
• Communicative both verbal & writing
• Fluent in English is must
• Able to work with a team
• Have good negotiation skills
• Have good time management
• Have interest and/or product knowledge about business and textile products
• Willing to be placed on Jl Nanjung no 82 Bandung

4. Staff Quality Control (Incoming)

Qualification

• Bachelor Degree in in Textile Engineering, Textile Chemistry, Quality Management, or related field.
• Previous experience in quality control or inspection role preferred, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform thorough inspections accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in using quality control tools and software is a plus.
• The Quality Control will visually examine and checking. Components/materials for discrepancies.
• Responsible and in charge of labelling, tagging and recording all components with a component. Identification tag if components pass inspection
• Responsible for accurately completing the Quality Control Incoming Components/Materials Inspection reports, data processing and data analysis In charge of tagging (with a hold tag) and quarantining/Managing all failed components.
• Collaboration with all related departments for any relevant issues of Incoming QC.

5. Staff Lab Dyeing

Qualification

• Education min D3 (Chemical Engineering, Textile Chemistry is prefered)
• Wide knowledge in Dyeing Production and Finishing (Stenter) bussines process
• Have experience in Dyeing Production and Finishing (Stenter) division in Textile Company (Fresh Graduate are Welcome)
• Self-motivated, results driven, analytical and data driven
• Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Placement at Bandung

6. Staff Accounting

Qualification

• Education min. S1 Accounting/Economics/Financial report management
• Have basic skills on financial reports, cash flow, and can make financial reports
• Thorough, detailed, tenacious, responsive, responsible and has good analysis
• Familiar with SAP system and Plantation
• Willing to be placed on Jl. Nanjung no. 82 Bandung

7. Supervisor General Affairs

Qualification

• Minimum D3 education in all majors
• Have a minimum of 2 years experience as a General Affairs Supervisor preferably in a manufacturing company
• Have experience in the field of management and maintenance of buildings/infrasructure, mess and canteen
• Have knowledge about vehicle inspections, STNK processing, KIR extensions, infrastructure, etc.
• Have initiative, leadership spirit, managerial skills, communication skills, and good negotiation and analytical skills
• Understand the GA administration process flow and can operate a computer (Microsoft Office)
• Placement in Bandung (Jl. Nanjung No. 82, Lagadar, Kec. Margaasih, Bandung Regency, West Java)

8. Mandarin Translator

Qualification

• Minimum D3 of any major (especially engineering or textile major)
• Good communication skill in Mandarin and Indonesian
• Excellent people and organizational skill, team work and well-organized multitasking
• Willing to be placed at Bandung

9. Head Tax

Qualification

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
• 5+ years’ of professionak tax experience (ex Big Four Accounting Firm is preferred)
• Holding Tax Brevet AB (& C is preferred).
• Required language(s) Fluency: English & Bahasa

10. Admin Production

Qualification

• Pendidikan Minimal D3
• Berpengalaman program SAP
• Menyusun dan mencatat data produksi, yang biasanya meliputi catatan dan laporan volume produksi, konsumsi bahan baku, kontrol kualitas, dan aspek lainnya.
• Menyusun dan merekam data produksi dari berbagai dokumen, seperti pesanan pelanggan, spesifikasi produk, dan lembar produksi pekerja individu.
• Mengikuti prosedur pencatatan yang ditentukan, menggunakan komputer, dan alat tulis lainnya.
• Mengelola dokumen yang digunakan dan disiapkan dengan baik dan terorganisasi.
• Memberikan dukungan administratif ke berbagai departemen dan fungsi, yang dapat mencakup produksi, penjualan, quality control, pembelian, layanan pelanggan, dan keuangan

11. IT Staff Functional (FICO)

Qualification

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field

• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, with demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with production workers, management, and other departments.
• Communicate production goals, performance metrics, and updates to production workers and management team.
