Framas didirikan pada tahun 1948 di Jerman dan sejak tahun 1994, PT framas Indonesia didirikan di Jakarta. framas mengembangkan dan memproduksi komponen berteknologi tinggi untuk sektor sepatu dan olahraga seperti outsole, shoe last, heelcounter, shanks, insole, sistem sepatu dan komponen cetakan injeksi lainnya dalam satu atau beberapa teknologi warna/kepadatan.

Lowongan Kerja PT Framas Indonesia

1. Color & Material Manager

Job Description :

• Comprehend and understand on material processing with PA (Polyamide), TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane), etc. and have knowledge about Injection plastic and extrusion processing.
• Have knowledge of coloring in the plastic injection process, both in the color matching and troubleshooting process.
• Have an understanding of plastic material testing standards, both physical tests and chemical tests. Work on developing sustainable plastic raw materials and responsible for material tracking & traceability report.
• Know how to manage and maintain material turnover ratio stock.
• Manage all manpower in the materials department, and ensure material flow is used properly, improve standard operation procedures (SOP) and working instructions (WI).
• IoT and collaborate with digitalization to design reports and processes that lead to simplification and enhanced business planning.
• Create and maintain company’s supply chain strategy for material, analyze data from material forecasting and operation.
• Managing activities of material department to achieve company KPIs.

Requirements :

• University degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or any related field
• At least 5 years of working experience in a management-level position related plastics industry is a plus
• Have knowledge about Injection plastic, material handling and extrusion processing
• Very good language proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing) is a must.
• Skilled in handling Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, etc.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills are compulsory.
• Self-motivation, ability to work independently and an attitude of continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of compliance, laws, and close communication with the Human Resource Dept.

2. Project Developer (Footwear)

Job Description :

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, milestones, resources, and budget requirements for injection molding projects.
• Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders, including design engineers, manufacturing teams, quality control,
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges during the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and delays.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the commercialization process of the Product, including progress reports at various stages of the project lifecycle.
• CRM management:  Focus on building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
• Strategic planning of Project management based on risk management and resource management

Requirements :

• University degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Chinese or Korean languages is a plus.
• Proven experience of at least 8 to 10 years as a Project Developer or Project Manager, preferably within the sports industry or a manufacturing environment (automotive, oil and gas, food packaging, medical industry).
• Basic understanding of injection molding processes, tooling, and plastic materials.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and resource management.
• PMP Certificate in Project Management (PMI) or similar project management certificate.
• Full experience with project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Smartsheet) is a must.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Quality-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.
• Computer literate is a must (Microsoft Office)

3. 3D Product Design – Unigraphics NX (Siemens)

Job Description :

• Design product according to tooling Techpack, in consideration of customer technical requirement (Golden role), framas internal manufacturing process and price strategy. Communicate and consult with his supervisor
• 2D/3D creation following customer “tooling creation process”.
• Responsibility for file quality in coordination with his supervisor.
• Create and communicate grading plan in the initial stage (kick off) project to his supervisor.
• Analyse product feasibility according to product for manufacture such as undercut, draft angle, wall thickness and future injection behavior to his supervisor.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree from Product Design/equivalent work experience.
• 5-year experience using Unigraphics NX Software.
• Familiar with the macro, scaling, and model parametric.
• Experience is shoe modelling will be plus value.
• Fluent in English (both oral and written).

4. Lean Head

Job Description :

• Manage and Controlling improvement program (6S, Kaizen, Line Scan Audit and the next imp. Program)
• Conduct process improvement projects
• Conduct root cause analysis to determine metrics to identify improvement oportunities
• Communicate advanced data collection and analysis for process mapping
• Work with continuous improvement tools PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act)
• Conduct process audits and establish CAPA (Corrective Act and Preventive Act)
• Conduct problem solving meetings
• Lead Kaizen activities
• Support the QA/Lean and QC teams
• Analyzes data and treatment

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, technical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Lean or Continuous Improvement Department.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Thinking and 5S/6S Systems.
• Proficient in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and PDCA methodologies.
• Understanding of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), including Availability, Performance, and Yield.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing Principles, 7 Quality Tools, QCC/GKM/SS.
• Knowledge of 8 Wastes in Manufacturing and 6 Big Losses.
• Experience conducting process audits, problem-solving meetings, and Kaizen activities.
• Strong facilitation skills to drive continuous improvement projects.
• Preferred: Six Sigma Knowledge and Lean Six Sigma Certification.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

5. Automation Engineer

Job Description :

• Equipment Duplication: Line layout design, material listing, timeline planning, and mass production for finalized automation cells
• Equipment Maintenance Planning & Monitoring: Responsible for minimizing downtime in the running automation process.
• Brainstorming & suggesting for new or improvement Automation Concept Review.
• Make sure the running Automation Process smooth and On-target (Labour, Handling time, Cycle Time & Quality).
• Consolidate robot re-layout, both mechanically and electrically related to Robot-Machine Integration (Euro map Interlock).
• Conduct daily meeting to get report and delegate jobs to subordinates.
• Conduct Training to subordinates.
• Participate on external or internal training.
• Establish and maintaining a good 6S environment at automation workshop and working cubical.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing design engineering, industrial engineering, mechatronics engineering, mechanical engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Strong skills in 3D drawing (Rhinoceros 3D software highly preferable), mechanical drawing, machining (workbench, lathe, milling), and jig or automation system design.
• Fluent in English (both oral and written).
• Experience with injection machines, PLC Omron, Fanuc robots, and Yushin robots (preferable).
• Expertise in EoAT, jig and layout design, and automation trials, troubleshooting, and improvement.
• Experience in Euromap integration and production automation systems.
• Ability to create and maintain automation trial and maintenance plans, 3D designs, and BOM lists.
• Proficiency in mechanical, pneumatical, and electrical systems (sequence, PLC).
• Experience in robot teaching and maintenance (5- and 6-axis robots).
