Ceria merupakan perusahaan pertambangan nikel terkemuka yang sepenuhnya dimiliki oleh pemegang saham Indonesia, telah dicanangkan sebagai Proyek Strategis Nasional (PSN) dan Objek Vital Nasional (Obvitnas) di Kecamatan Wolo, Kabupaten Kolaka, Sulawesi Tenggara, Indonesia. Selanjutnya PT Ceria memperbaharui status hukum dengan bidang bisnis terpesialisasi pada sektor pertambangan khususnya tambang biji neckel. Lowongan Kerja PT Ceria Metalindo Prima

1. Water Circulating Pump Chamber Operator

Lingkup Pekerjaan :

• Posisi ini bertanggung jawab mengoperasikan dan mengendalikan peralatan Circulating Water Pump & Drainage sesuai SOP/SIP dan parameter operasi yang aman serta efisien untuk mendukung pencapaian target produksi. Melakukan pengecekan dan pengambilan data, analisis, isolasi dan restorasi peralatan, serta memastikan kelancaran operasional baik secara otomatis maupun manual di bawah arahan Supervisor Shift.

Persyaratan :

• Pendidikan minimal SMK Teknik Mesin, Teknik Elektro, atau Kimia.
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun dalam pengoperasian water pump, water drainage, diesel fuel pump, dan penanganan bahan kimia.
• Memahami dasar analisis permasalahan pompa di area Utilities Plant (Cooling Tower, Water Pump, Water Treatment, Water Pond Substation).
• Mampu menangani dan mengelola bahan kimia dengan aman.
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
• Bersedia ditempatkan di Site Kolaka, Sulawesi Tenggara dengan sistem Non – Roster

2. Ladle Furnace Operator

Lingkup Pekerjaan :

• Bertanggung jawab dalam mengoperasikan unit Ladle Furnace dalam suatu shift untuk menghasilkan produk (FeNi) sesuai dengan target temperatur dan kualitas yang ditetapkan secara aman, produktif, efisien, dan mengikuti minimum aturan pemerintah lingkungan hidup dan kesehatan kerja. mengenai

Persyaratan :

• Pendidikan minimal SMK/SMA atau sederajat.
• Pengalaman bekerja minimal 2 tahun dalam pengoperasioan Ladle.
• Memiliki bekerja pengalaman mengoperasikan furnace akan menjadi nilai tambah.
• Memiliki sertifikasi Pelatihan Operator Crane Kelas III menjadi nilai tambah.
• Memiliki pengetahuan dasar mengenai perlengkapan kelistrikan dan mekanis (pneumatik, hidrolik, dan lubrikasi).
• Menguasai prosedur K3 dan SOP operasional.
• Bersedia ditempatkan di Site Kolaka, Sulawesi Tenggara dengan sistem Non-Roster.

3. Laboratory Superintendent

Overview :

• This position is responsible for supervising the laboratory to ensure the provision of the required number of samples with accurate standard analysis, including sampling, as well as physical, chemical, and instrumental analysis, to support the smooth operation of the smelter.

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a survey, inspection, or testing laboratory.
• Familiar with RKEF smelter operations or the nickel processing industry is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and management using Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) or related software.
• Strong knowledge of sample testing procedures and analytical technologies.
• Solid understanding of international analytical standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM, JIS, US-EPA, SNI).
• Willing to be assigned to Kolaka, Southeast Sulawesi, on a roster basis

4. Process Development Superintendent

Overview :

• This position is responsible for leading Process Technology to drive improvements in metallurgical processes, ore chemistry, plant environment, capital projects, and plant monitoring. The role supervises engineers, technologists, and technicians to optimize smelting operations and ensure high-quality ferronickel production.

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemical or Metallurgy Engineering.
  Minimum 7 years of experience in process development and optimization within the metallurgical industry, preferably in a smelter ог mineral processing environment, with experience in an RKEF smelter plant or
• similar pyrometallurgical processes.
• Strong knowledge of metallurgical processing, sampling and measurement techniques, statistical data analysis, and process engineering principles.
• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be assigned to our site in Kolaka, Southeast Sulawesi, on a roster basis.

5. Furnace Maintenance Superintendent

Overview :

• The position holder is responsible for effectively leading and managing all maintenance resources -including team, budget, and equipment-to safely execute maintenance activities and ensure equipment availability in the RKEF area, in line with established targets and regulations.

Requirements :

• Min Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Physics, and Civil Engineering).
• Min. 5 years of working experience as Plant Maintenance Superintendent (experienced in smelter/mineral processing plant preferred).
• Having project management experience, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of RKEF Smelter Plant Equipment System (Rotary Kiln, Electric Furnace, Conveyor, Pumps).
• Good knowledge of operation management, risk management, construction. maintenance, and
• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be assigned to our site in Kolaka, Southeast Sulawesi, on a roster basis.

6. Furnace Shift Supervisor

Overview :

• Responsible for leading the Furnace Shift team and ensuring all shift furnace operations run safely and efficiently, particularly in critical areas, while maintaining equipment integrity to achieve production targets in accordance with company quality standards and implementing HSE and risk management practices in smelter operations.

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in process plant or furnace operations.
• Proven experience in leading shift teams and furnace operations.
• Familiar with RKEF smelter operations or the nickel processing industry is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership capability organizational skills. and
• Solid understanding of basic metallurgy in smelter processes, and maintenance.
• Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and plant management software
• Willing to be assigned to Kolaka, Southeast Sulawesi, on a roster basis.

7. Calcine Transfer System (CTS) Supervisor

Overview :

• This position is responsible for leading Calcine Transfer System (CTS) Shift operations to achieve production targets in a safe, efficient, and compliant manner through effective Shift KPI management, SOP enforcement, and cross-functional team coordination, ensuring smooth and reliable operational performanc

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a process plant
• Familiar with RKEF smelter operations or the nickel processing industry is highly desirable
• Having knowledge of Calcine Transfer System (Transfer Car & Calcine Crane Operation) & Risk Management
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and plant management software

8. Control Room Operator Dryer

Overview :

• This position is responsible for operating the Dryer Unit from the Control Room on a shift basis to ensure ther ore drying process runs safely, efficiently, and in line with production targets and established quality standards. The role involves monitoring and optimizing operational parameters to maintain process stability while supporting smooth operations through effective coordination and accurate reporting.

Requirements :

• Minimum 4 years of experience in rotary dryer and/or rotary kiln operations.
• Strong understanding of ore drying processes and production parameters to meet quality targets.
• Strong knowledge of dust handling systems (Baghouse/ESP) with the ability to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Proficient in plant or smelter control systems and computer-based applications.
• Familiar with Work Permit procedures and HSE standards in operational areas.
• Experienced in using reporting systems such as IMACS, EDS, and log sheets.
• Willing to work on a shift-based schedule, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be assigned to our site in Kolaka, Southeast Sulawesi, on a roster basis.

9. Furnace Support Officer

Overview :

• Responsible for supporting smooth Furnace operations through effective administrative management, control of consumable material inventory, and coordination of material procurement to ensure production processes run efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with operational requirements.

Requirements :

• Minimum education: Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK); Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering, Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in operations, warehouse, or procurement administration.
• Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with Odoo is an advantage.
• Proficient in computer operations, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to drive and/or operate operational vehicles (Light Vehicle/LV) is preferred.
• Strong communication and departmental coordination skills. cross-
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and accountable in managing data and inventory.
