Lowongan Kerja – Agung Sedayu Group dimulai dari awal yang sederhana sebagai kontraktor ruko kecil pada tahun 1971. Selama dekade berikutnya, perusahaan tumbuh dari mulut ke mulut dan disiplin yang ketat, memperluas basis dan jangkauan kliennya. Pada tahun 1991, Grup menjadi terkenal dengan selesainya Harco Mangga Dua, mal IT terintegrasi pertama di Jakarta.
Keberhasilan ini diikuti oleh semakin banyaknya kompleks mega-residensial dan komersial, seperti Taman Palem seluas 200 hektar dan Apartemen bertingkat tinggi.

Lowongan Kerja Agung Sedayu Group
1. Presenter & Content Creator Staff
What We’re Looking For :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related role (presenting, content creation, or scriptwriting).
- Confident and clear communicator with strong on-camera presence.
- Creative, adaptive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Willing to work on weekends if urgent content production is required.
- Placement: Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta
What You’ll Do :
- Be the main talent for various content formats (presentations, videos, podcasts, and digital campaigns).
- Develop, write, and refine scripts that are engaging and aligned with brand objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team throughout the production process.
- Deliver on-camera performances that are professional, natural, and aligned with brand image.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends to produce fresh and relevant content.
2. IT Compliance Staff
What We’re Looking For :
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT compliance, IT audit, or information security.
- Strong understanding of IT regulations, data privacy laws, and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, OJK/BI regulations).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and documentation skills
- Good communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Willing to work under tight deadlines or during audit periods

What You’ll Do :
- Monitor and ensure IT operations comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Conduct internal compliance checks and support external IT audits by preparing the required documentation and evidence
- Develop, maintain, and update IT compliance-related documentation, such as policies, procedures, and risk assessments.
- Work closely with IT, Security, Legal, and Risk teams to implement and monitor compliance controls.
- Identify compliance gaps, assess risks, and recommend actionable solutions to improve IT governance.
- Stay updated with changes in relevant laws, regulations, and compliance trends.
- Assist in training and awareness programs related to IT compliance and data protection
3. Account Receivable Staff
What We’re Looking For :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Account Receivable or a similar finance role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial data.
- Good communication skills for dealing with clients and internal teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Accurate, etc.).
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Placement: PIK 2
What You’ll Do :
- Monitor and manage incoming payments to ensure timely collection from customers or clients.
- Issue invoices and billing statements accurately and on schedule.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve disputes or discrepancies.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transactions.
- Prepare aging reports and assist in cash flow forecasting.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation related to receivables.
4. IT Security Internship
What We’re Looking For :
- Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, network security, and common vulnerabilities.
- Eager to learn about security tools, monitoring systems, and incident response.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in identifying potential risks.
- Able to work independently and in a team, with good communication skills.
- Available for a full-time internship (minimum 6 months).

What You’ll Do :
- Assist the IT Security team in monitoring and analyzing security events and alerts.
- Support vulnerability assessments and help track mitigation efforts.
- Help maintain documentation of security incidents, audits, and risk assessments.
- Participate in routine security checks and contribute to compliance initiatives.
- Research and report on emerging cybersecurity threats and trends.
- Collaborate with IT and compliance teams to ensure proper security controls are in place.
- Learn hands-on about tools such as firewalls, SIEM, antivirus, and endpoint protection.
5. Finance & Accounting Staff
What We’re Looking For :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiar with financial reporting and general accounting processes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Accurate, etc.).
- Able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

What You’ll Do :
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform journal entries and general ledger reconciliations.
- Monitor and track company expenses, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare financial reports and analysis for management review.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Maintain well-organized and up-to-date accounting records and files.
