Didirikan pada Juni 2003, perusahaan ini melayani pengangkutan komoditas seperti batu bara, nikel, dan kayu ke seluruh Indonesia. Bidang Usaha: Pelayaran, logistik, dan transportasi laut (barging services), Fokus pada pengangkutan komoditas curah (batubara, nikel, dll.), Perusahaan ini berkembang dari pengangkut kayu menjadi penyedia jasa logistik maritim yang kompetitif dengan standar keamanan operasional.

Lowongan Kerja PT Pelayaran Nasional Santan Prima Bahari

 

 

1. Crewing Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Keeping abreast of all statutory manning regulations and any relevant changes;
  • Establishing manning requirements through a solid manpower plan;
  • Verification of seafarer certification and qualifications;
  • Screening and initial evaluation of candidates;
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with crewing agencies;
  • Constant communication and interaction with crews;
  • Managing crew changes for allocated vessels;
  • Compilation and management of sea staff contracts;
  • Travel, Visa and relevant joining documentation management.

Requirements:

  • Willing to be placed in Pekanbaru
  • Experience as a crewing officer or similar role all in the Port Operations, Marine and/or Offshore Support Tug industry;
  • Extensive knowledge of the relevant Maritime legislation including STCW 2010 (Manila amendments), MLC, SOLAS and Flag State Authority regulations;
  • Well established network of industry contacts including manning agencies, flag state administration staff and seafarers;
  • Good to Expert user of Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • You have the ability to get people on board, and drive change as well as the ability to create structure for others and put things in writing that give others clarity and direction;

 

2. SCM Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor inventory levels and conduct stock audits to ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Coordinate logistics and distribution processes to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Maintain supplier relationships and support contract negotiations and performance evaluations.
  • Assist in demand planning and supply chain operations based on operational requirements.
  • Analyze supply chain data and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and relevant regulations.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to supply chain operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma’s degree (D3) in any major.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or procurement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in supply chain software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, inventory management software).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

3. Finance Staff

Job Summary:

  • Handle daily cash and bank transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Ensure proper documentation and support smooth financial operations with accuracy and integrity.

Requirements:

  • Able to speak Hokkien
  • Maximum 30 years old
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Finance (Corporate Cashier)
  • Honest, high integrity, detail-oriented, responsive, and proactive
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA) or equivalent
  • Placement: Pekanbaru
