1. Staff Export & Import

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Management, or any related major.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Solid understanding of export–import procedures, documentation flow, and customs regulations.
• Able to read, review, and interpret key export–import documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, PEB/PIB, etc.).
• Knowledge of HS Code classification, import duties, taxes (PPN/PPH), and relevant compliance requirements.
• Familiar with sales pipeline management, CRM usage, and basic commercial strategy.
• Possess Customs Expert Certification (Sertifikat Ahli Kepabeanan) is a strong advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working under tight deadlines.
• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or warehouse operations is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research related to export–import trends, logistics opportunities, and regulatory changes.
• Prepare and deliver quotations/proposals tailored to client needs, including cost breakdown and customs-related estimates.
• Provide professional guidance on customs clearance procedures, mandatory documents, and regulatory requirements.
• Explain potential customs risks and ensure clients & internal teams understand compliance expectations.
• Coordinate closely with operations, warehouse, production, logistics, and finance departments to ensure seamless shipment flow.
• Ensure all export–import documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time (PEB/PIB, BL/AWB, COO, etc.).
• Monitor shipment progress, maintain tracking logs, and ensure goods are delivered as scheduled.
• Manage and resolve customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism and timely follow-up.
• Maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, customs officers, vendors, and other external partners.
• Support audit processes and maintain proper documentation for compliance and internal controls.

2. Safety Maintenance Staff

Qualifications

• Minimum education D3 (Associate Degree) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Safety Officer or in a related HSE/K3 role.
• Strong technical knowledge of Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE/HSE) standards.
• Ability to conduct field supervision and safety inspections in all work areas.
• Skilled in risk management analysis, hazard identification, mitigation planning, and incident investigation.
• Capable of developing and implementing safety procedures related to machinery and equipment.
• Proficient in reporting, documentation, and safety administration.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver technical safety training for machinery and equipment operations.
• Understanding of machinery and equipment maintenance principles.
• Ability to perform risk assessment for maintenance activities.
• Capable of conducting safe troubleshooting according to SOP and safety guidelines.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and strong in problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all company HSE/Safety procedures, policies, and regulations.
• Conduct routine safety inspections across all work areas.
• Identify potential hazards and perform risk assessments with appropriate mitigation recommendations.
• Handle workplace incidents, including investigation, reporting, and corrective action recommendations.
• Coordinate with other departments to implement and maintain HSE programs across the company.
• Execute corrective and preventive actions related to machinery and equipment maintenance.
• Perform regular inspections and conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance activity reports according to HSE standards.
• Collaborate closely with machine operators and maintenance technicians to ensure safe work procedures.
• Manage, organize, and update maintenance documentation and safety-related records.
