Lowongan Kerja – PT Cipta Kridatama didirikan pada 8 April 1997 sebagai pengembangan layanan penyewaan dan pengoperasian alat berat dari PT Trakindo Utama. Pada awalnya perusahaan berfokus pada penyediaan jasa alat berat. Namun, seiring dengan pertumbuhan industri pertambangan di Indonesia, perusahaan kemudian mengembangkan bisnisnya. Oleh karena itu, pada tahun 2003 PT Cipta Kridatama mulai berfokus pada penyediaan jasa pertambangan terpadu dari proses penambangan hingga pengangkutan ke pelabuhan (mine to port services).
Selanjutnya, sejak tahun 2010 PT Cipta Kridatama menjadi bagian dari ABM Investama, yang merupakan bagian dari kelompok usaha Tiara Marga Trakindo. Dengan dukungan jaringan bisnis yang luas serta pengalaman panjang di sektor industri berat dan energi, perusahaan terus berkembang dan memperkuat posisinya sebagai salah satu penyedia jasa pertambangan terkemuka di Indonesia.

Lowongan Kerja PT Cipta Kridatama (ABM Group)
1. General Services Manager
Key Responsibilities :
- GA Strategy and Policy. Develops clear guidelines, operating standards, and role definitions to ensure compliance, service consistency, and alignment of General Affairs (GA) functions with overall organizational objectives.
- GA Services. Ensures that service needs at both the Head Office and Site Offices are delivered according to established standards, policies, and organizational goals. Manages resource utilization and budget efficiency through effective cost planning, allocation, and expenditure monitoring to maintain high‑quality and compliant GA services.
- GA Services Monitoring & Evaluation. Oversees service performance across all locations to ensure efficiency, standard compliance, and regulatory adherence. Monitors vendor performance, reviews service outcomes, analyzes operational data, identifies issues, evaluates KPIs, and formulates improvement plans to maintain service effectiveness throughout the organization.
- Managerial Accountability Leads and evaluates team performance, ensures workplace health and safety, and maintains service quality. Supports budget management, contributes to strategic planning, ensures compliance and risk management, and facilitates effective communication and change management to achieve organizational objectives.
Key Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in General Affairs, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or section‑head level role. Experience in the mining or heavy industry sector is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of facilities management, procurement, and logistics; understanding of office operational permits and regulations in Indonesia, particularly in the mining sector; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership and managerial capabilities, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
2. Talent Management Specialist
Key Responsibilities :
- Human Capital Strategy. Responsible for defining organizational and manpower planning strategies, including developing long-term strategic workforce plans to ensure the company has the right talent to meet future business needs.
- Human Capital Planning. Conducts competency assessments based on the corporate competency framework, analyzes assessment results to identify capability gaps, and develops career paths and succession plans for critical positions while monitoring the overall succession pipeline.
- Performance Management. Facilitates the end-to-end performance appraisal process, including communication, reminders, and form collection; organizes performance calibration sessions; delivers performance results; manages underperformance cases; leads talent reviews; and oversees Individual Development Plans (IDP) and coaching programs.
- Succession & Talent Movement. Manages the development and readiness of successors for critical roles, coordinates successor placement during role vacancies, facilitates internal mobility such as project assignments and secondments, and oversees promotion and demotion processes across the organization.
Key Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience in Talent Management, Performance Management, or Organizational Development.
- Strong analytical skills in interpreting competency assessment results.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to facilitate discussions, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Detail-oriented with strong data management and administrative capabilities.
3. Executive Secretary
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end administrative and secretarial support for the Board of Directors, including document handling, correspondence, and schedule coordination.
- Ensure accurate and confidential processing of incoming and outgoing documents in compliance with company SOPs.
- Prepare and provide required data, materials, and logistical support for management activities and meetings.
- Coordinate internal and external communications related to management agendas.
- Process management-related expenses (personal, operational, and entertainment) for Finance submission.
- Prepare and maintain meeting rooms and supporting facilities to ensure smooth execution of company activities.
Qualification :
- Bachelor Degree Majoring Secretary’s (preferred)
- Minimum experiences 2-3 years in the same position
- Good communication skills & good English proficiency
