1. Farm Head Breedin
Requirements :
- Graduate of Animal Husbandry (S1) or any related major.
- Must have knowledge in Microsoft Office – computer literate for reporting
- With good moral character and free from any legal obligations
- Knows the basics and have idea in poultry farming
- Have experience in poultry breeding operation atleast 2 cycle (3 years). have a good judgement and decison making skills
- Able to communicate in English is advantage

Job Description :
- Ensure that the farm is properly staffed witg competent personnel to carry out the farm’s operation
- Ensure that the farm is properly prepared, cleaned and disinfected to receive breeder flock
- Analyses reports and recommendations made by the farmstockman
- Protects company assets entrusted to him in order to perform his duties.

2. Supervisor Hatchery
Requirements :
- Graduate of Animal Husbandry (S1) or any related major.
- Experience in Hatchery Minimum 1 Years
- Must have knowledge in Microsoft Office – computer literate for reporting

- Have a good judgement and decision making skills.

Job Description :
- Oversee, plan and organize the necessary needs for hatchery operations and activities.
- Implement biosecurity and sanitaion protocols.
- Manage the people and hatchery operation.
- Submit a daily, weekly and montly consolidated reports.
- Coordinate to different departments and report to immediate superior.
3. Supervisor Breeding Farm
Requirements :
- Fresh graduate open to apply
- Graduate of Animal Husbandry (S1) or any related major.
- Must have knowledge in Microsoft Office – computer literate for reporting

4. Sr.Staff HR Industrial Relation
Requirements :
- S1 Jurusan Hukum
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun dibidang HR/IR/LEGAL
- Memahami UU Ketenagakerjaan, UU Cipta Kerja, PP & Peraturan Mentri terkait Hubungan Industrial
- Menguasai Administrasi Visa, Kitas, RPTKA tenaga kerja asing
- Memahami proses update dan perizinan perusahaan (OSS, AHU, BPJS, Disnaker)

Job Description :
- Memiliki kemampuan dalam legal drafting & legal review (Kontrak, MoU, Perjanjian kerjasama)

Requirements
- S1 Jurusan Psikolog, Management, Hukum
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun dibidang HR, Khususnya rekrutment dan HR Administrasi
- Menguasai Sistem HRIS
- Memahami UU Ketenagakerjaan, Peraturan Pemerintah terkait hubungan industrial, serta praktik HR Terbaru
- Mampu bekerja dalam tim

Job Description
- Mampu Menyusun Laporan HR (Headcount, Turnover, Recruitment Progress)
- Berpengalaman dalam end to end recruitment (Job Posting, Sourcing, Interview, Psikotes, Offering)
- Mengelola administrasi kepegawaian: Kontrak kerja, Perpanjangan, Mutasi, dan dokumen personalia
- Memastikan kelengkapan data karyawan disistem HRIS (Database, Absensi, Cuti, Izin)
- Menyusun Laporan Progress Recruitment (time to hire, recruitment funnel, turnover replacement)
6. Finance & Accounting Staff
Requirements
- Bachelor of Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
- Have minimum 2 years experience as Finance Accounting Staff.
- Microsoft excel skills SUM, SUMIF, VILOOKUP, PIVOT TABLE.
- Able to pay attention in math details such as Accurate App or similar application.
- Strong analytical and solving abilities. Have excellent presentation skills.
- Cofidence, fast learner, open minded, detail oriented.

Job Description
- Handle daily financial transactions including Invoices, payments, receipts, and banking.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Liaise with external auditors during audit.
- Handle journal voucher.
7. Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from Law, Human Resource Management, or relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience, with full-spectrum HR Industrial Relations, Farm Manufacturing.
- Understanding of the Manpower Law, Government Regulation, (Fixed-Term Work Agreements)
- Able to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders farm breeders.
- Ability to design HR management documents (KPIs, SOPs) farm programs.
- Able to negotiating with labor unions and mediating with the Manpower Office.
- Willing to be placed in several Breeders Farm (West Java)
Responsibilities
- Business Partner with management Breeder farm in developing HR strategies that support the achievement of business goals.
- Prepare data-driven reports to the Head of HR regarding employee turnover, compliance & discipline, recruitment trackers.
- Manage relationships with employees, workers, and government agencies related to employment matters.
- Prepare and enforce company regulations and employment policies in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Implement organizational, organizational structure, job grading, succession planning, and change management.
- Encourage employee engagement through measurable and impactful human resource development programs.
8. Account Receivable
Requirements :
- Bachelor of Finance, Accounting or any related fields
- Able to operate Ms. Office (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word), and accurate
- Pro-active, logical thinker, multitasking, good comunication skill
- Confidence, strong personality, fast learner, open minded, detail oriented
- Able to communicate in English is advantage
