Lowongan Kerja – PT Arkad Niaga Indonesia (Arkad) adalah perusahaan pemulihan sumber daya (resource recovery) asal Indonesia yang fokus pada transformasi limbah menjadi bahan baku energi sirkular dan berkelanjutan. Didirikan pada tahun 2019, perusahaan ini beroperasi dengan misi mengubah industri limbah di Indonesia menuju ekosistem yang ramah lingkungan dan rendah karbon. Pada pertengahan tahun 2024, perusahaan ini resmi diakuisisi oleh PT Lima Pilar Resources (LPR Group) untuk memperkuat pengembangan industri energi sirkular nasional

Lowongan Kerja PT Arkad Niaga Indonesia (LPR Group)

 

 

1. Lab Technician (CIC – Combustion Ion Chromatography)

Job Description:

  • Operate and maintain the CIC instrument for sample analysis
  • Prepare samples, reagents, and calibration standards
  • Perform routine analysis and ensure data accuracy and reliability
  • Conduct instrument calibration, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance
  • Record, process, and report analytical data in accordance with procedures
  • Ensure compliance with laboratory QA/QC and safety standards
  • Maintain proper documentation of test results and laboratory activities
  • Support audits, inspections, and method validation activities
  • Assist in commissioning and operational readiness of the CIC equipment

Job Requirement:

  • Understanding of laboratory practices and analytical procedures (QA/QC)
  • Familiar with operation of Combustion Ion Chromatography (CIC) or similar analytical instruments
  • Knowledge of Ion Chromatography principles and combustion-based sample analysis
  • Experience in handling environmental samples (solid, liquid, gas)
  • Familiar with calibration, standard preparation, and instrument maintenance
  • Understanding of laboratory safety procedures and chemical handling
  • Trained in basic laboratory QA/QC, documentation, and reporting
  • Preferably experienced with standards/methods related to halogen, sulfur, or related compounds analysis

 

2. HSE Officer

Job Description:

  •  Conduct daily HSE inspections and ensure compliance in plant areas
  •  Lead toolbox meetings and provide safety coaching to all workers
  •  Prepare and review HIRARC, JSA, LOTO, and permit to work
  •  Handle incident/accident investigations and prepare CAPA (Corrective Action Preventive Action)
  • Coordinate emergency response and safety drills
  • Monitor contractor safety compliance
  • Ensure environmental compliance (waste, emissions, spill control)

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Public Health, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), or other related fields.
  •  Knowledge of HSE regulations (K3, SMK3, Permen, PP50/2012)
  • Familiarity with permit to work, accident investigation, toolbox meeting
  • Experience managing safety in oil & gas / chemical / tank farm operation
  • Trained in: HIRARC, JSA, Emergency Response, Firefighting, First Aid

 

3. Engineering Lead

Job Description:

  • Review and Validate technical documents like PFDs, P&IDs, and equipment datasheets
  • Support equipment testing, commissioning, start-up, and shutdown activities
  • Monitor daily plant operations and ensure process stability and efficiency
  • Analyze process data, monitor KPIs and catalyst performance, and recommend improvements to optimize yield and efficiency
  • Troubleshoot process issues with the operations team and across purification systems
  • Coordinate with QA and inventory teams to maintain product quality
  • Develop SOPs, work instructions, safety procedures, and train operators

Job Requirement:

  • Min, Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering (Advanced degree is a plus, but not mandatory)
  • 7-12 years of experience in industrial plant engineering, with at least one full Design-Build-Operate cycle personally executed (greenfield design through commissioning into steady-state operations).
  • Background that includes time at an EPC firm followed by a move to the owner-operator side – or the inverse
  • Direct hands-on experience with at lease three of the following: DED / detailed engineering review, EPC contractor management, factory acceptance testing (especially with international vendors), equipment installation supervision, plant commissioning and start-up
  • Strong technical foundation in chemical or process engineering – able to read PFDs, P&IDs, control narratives, and equipment datasheets critically, and challenge consultants where appropriate
  • Experience operating in multi-vendor, multi-shareholder project environments – civil contractor, MK consultant, EPC firm, equipment supplier, technology licensor, regulatory bodies
  • Experience in Technical Due Diligence (TDD) and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) would be an advantage
  • Experience in thermal conversion, pyrolysis, gasification, refining, or petrochemical processing
  • Experience in contamination management – chloride, sulfur, or metals in hydrocarbon streams
  • Familiarity with the Indonesian regulatory and EPC ecosystem for industrial plants
