Berikut adalah posisi dan kualifikasi lowongan yang tersedia pada saat ini.


Lowongan Kerja PT Kaldu Sari Nabati Indonesia (Nabati Group)

 

1. Maintenance Team Leader

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma 4 (D4) or Bachelor’s Degree (SI) in Mechanical/Electro/Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Must have experience handling utility machinery in an FMCG manufacturing environment.
  • Must have a strong leadership, communication, and ability to adapt quickly.
  • Placement : Majalengka & Bandung Plant

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance of utility machines.
  • Analyze spare part needs for timely procurement.
  • Organize team workflow by assigning responsibilities and scheduling tasks efficiently.

 

2. Technical Supervisor Snack

Requirements :

  • At least 2 years of experience in FMCG Industry preferably in Snack Manufacturing (biscuit, wafer, coating, or similar)
  • Minimum D4/S1 (Bachelor’s Degree) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related fields.
  • Familiar with industrial automation and experienced in driving process efficiency and effectiveness improvements.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform technical and cost-related analysis.
  • Strong understanding of snack production processes, production flow, and machinery operation/troubleshooting.
  • Placement : Majalengka Plant, West Java

 

3. Production Foreman

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma 4 (D4) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial/Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • Required skills: GMP, HACCP, 5R
  • Must have experience in handling dry food product (Wafer/Biscuit/Snack).
  • Must have a strong leadership, communication, and ability to adapt quickly.
  • Have an understanding of the standards and processes of food production.
  • Ready to work in a shift system (3 shifts).
  • Placement : Majalengka Plant, West Java

 

4. Quality Control Foreman (Wafer/Biscuit)

Requirements :

  • Experienced in handling snack (wafer/biscuit/cookies) product in line processes.
  • Minimum D4/S1 Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering/Biology Engineering/Nutrition or equivalent.
  • Have an understanding of the standards and processes of food production.
  • Have experience as a QC Team Leader managing inspection, coordinating teams, and ensuring all work meets quality standards.
  • Willing to work in a 3-shift system.
  • Placement : Majalengka Plant, West Java

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, monitor, and carry out all production activities and improvements in order to achieve the targets regarding hygiene and safety.
  • Monitor production output, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Coordination with Production, Maintenance and Warehouse teams.

 

5. Teknisi Maintenance (Minuman) – Upstream/Downstream

Requirements :

  • Memiliki pengalaman sebagai teknisi/engineer di perusahaan manufaktur minuman (AMDK)
  • Memiliki pengalaman dalam merawat dan memperbaiki mesin-mesin di area upstream maupun downstream
  • Memahami proses preventive, corrective, dan predictive maintenance
  • Memahami dan mampu melakukan kegiatan mekanik dan elektrik (welding, fabrikasi, dll)
  • Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Majalengka

 

6. Power Apps Developer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Power Apps to support business operations and improve data input efficiency.
  • Design and manage Power Automate workflows to streamline manual processes and improve productivity.
  • Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Dataverse, etc.) and third-party applications.
  • Support system implementation, UAT, and production activities.
  • Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve solutions.
  • Provide user support and training related to Microsoft 365 solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Power Platform Developer (Power Apps & Power Automate).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience with Power Platform connectors and integrations (SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Azure, REST APIs).
  • Familiar with deployment pipelines (Dev to Production environment).
  • Willing to work from office (WFO) at Headquarters Office (WU Tower) in Bandung, West Java.

 

7. Talent Acquisition Supervisor Manufacture

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand man power needs and job requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
  • Utilize job boards, employee referrals, and campus hiring channels.
  • Collaborate with HR and department heads to develop workforce planning strategies.
  • Build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Track metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, recruitment events, and industry conferences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Experience recruiting for both blue-collar and white-collar roles is strongly preferred.
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, job street).
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Willing to be placed at Nabati Plant, Majalengka, Jawa Barat (On Site).
  • Available to work Monday – Friday and a half day on Saturday.

 

8. Operator Produksi (Minuman) – SIPA/BLOWING-FILLING/DOWNSTREAM

Requirement :

  • Minimal Lulusan SMK / SMA Semua Jurusan
  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun sebagai operator produksi di manufaktur minuman dengan kemasan botol
  • Memiliki pengalaman mengoperasikan mesin SIPA/Blowing-Filling/Area Upstream/Area Downstream
  • Bersedia bekerja 3 shift (Pagi, Sore, Malam)
  • Bersedia penempatan pabrik Nabati Majalengka
