Lowongan Kerja PT Kaldu Sari Nabati Indonesia (Nabati Group)

1. Maintenance Utility Foreman

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma 4 (D4) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical/Electro/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Must have experience handling utility machinery in an FMCG manufacturing environment.
• Must have a strong leadership, communication, and ability to adapt quickly.

Responsibilities :

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance of utility machines
• Analyze spare part needs for timely procurement.
• Organize team workflow by assigning responsibilities and scheduling tasks efficiently.

2. Outbound Foreman DC

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably majoring in Logistics/Management/Industrial Engineering.
• Having experience in handling logistic/DC/Outbound processes, preferably in FMCG Industries.
• Must have leadership experience, strong communication, and ability to adapt quickly.
• Willing to work in a 3-shift system.

Responsibilities :

• Monitoring and ensure 3PL outbound operations comply with SOP and meet time-quality standard.
• Coordinate with 3PL to ensure efficient and accurate shipment processes.
• Ensure data accuracy, correct handling of damaged goods, and compliance with Good Warehousing Department Procedure (GWDP) standards.

3. Transport Support Staff

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Having experience in transport/logistics.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and monitor operational logistics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Willing to work in a shift system.

Responsibilities :

• Monitor the implementation of transport-related
• Identify operational issues and provide data-driven analysis to support decision making.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations related to issues & improvement.

4. Production Foreman

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma 4 (D4) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial/Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Required skills: GMP, HACCP, SR.
• Must have experience in handling dry food product (Wafer/Biscuit/Snack).
• Must have a strong leadership, communication, and ability to adapt quickly.
• Have an understanding of the standards and processes of food production
• Ready to work in a shift system (3 shifts)

5. GA Foreman

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in all major.
• Having experience in FMCG company or related field will be a plus.
• Have an understanding of building maintenance, waste management, assessment report, Work Order Settlement.
• Good understanding of utility systems (electricity, water, air conditioning)
  Have a good leadership skills, communication skills, and interpersional skills.
• Willing to work in a 3-shift system.

Responsibilities :

• Ensuring and coordinating helper, cleaning services, and utility team in terms of routine maintenance or repair of buildings and supporting facilities and infrastructure based on infrastructure checklists or user request.
• Work closely with the utility team and technicians to ensure that factory equipment operates safely and efficiently

6. Quality Control Supervisor (Wafer/Biscuit/Snack)

Requirements :

• Have at least 2 years experience in a quality control role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering/Biology Engineering/Nutrition or equivalent.
• Proven track record of successfully leading a quality control team.
• Have an understanding of standards and processes of food production.

Responsibilities :

• Developing and implementing quality control policies and procedures.
• Conducting regular quality audits and inspections of raw materials, production processes, and finished goods.
• Identifying and resolving quality issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborating with production, engineering, and R&D teams to continously improve quality standards.

7. Production Team Leader

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma 4 (D4) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial/Chemical Engineering or related field.

• Engineering or relevant majors.
• Good understanding of production processes and machinery.
• Willing to work in a 3-shift system.

• Plan, coordinate, monitor, and analyze all production machine maintenance activities, both preventive and corrective.

9. Quality Control Team Leader (Beverage)

Requirements :

• Must have experience in handling the beverage process (AMDK Product)
• Minimum D4/S1 Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering/Biology Engineering/Nutrition or equivalent.
• Have an understanding of standards and processes of beverage process
• Willing to work in a 3-shift system.

Responsibilities :

• Plan, coordinate, monitor, and carry out all production activities and improvements in order to achieve the targets regarding hygiene and safety.
• Monitor production output, quality, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with Production and Maintenance and Warehouse teams

10. QA Staff

Requirements :

• Minimum D4/Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Food Technology. Chemistry, Biology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Min. 1 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in Food Manufacturing/FMCG Industry.
• Good understanding of food safety systems (GMP, HACCP, ISO/FSSC) and halal assurance.
• Experience in handling OEM/third-party manufacturers and quality documentation.
• Familiar with QA documentation and document control systems.
• Able to communicate in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities :

• Monitor and evaluate quality performance of domestic OEM partners, including audits, issue handling, and corrective actions.
• Act as quality liaison between the company and OEM manufacturers for technical and quality-related matters.
• Manage end-to-end QA documentation, including SOPs, Work Instructions, specifications, and quality records.
• Support QA activities related to audits, certifications, compliance, and continuous improvement.

11. QA Supervisor (System & Implementation)

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields.
• Have at least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance within FMCG Industry.
• Strong knowledge of 15O, HACCP, GMP, and relevant food safety and quality regulations.
• Experience in quality system documentation, internal audit, and calibration management.
• Good at analytical skills and ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and ensure compliance of quality systems with ISO, HACCP, GMP, and regulatory requirements, including documentation, audits, and training.
• Oversee internal GMP audits, calibration of measuring instruments, pest control, and product traceability testing to ensure consistent quality standards.
• Analyze quality data, manage corrective actions, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system effectiveness.

12. Standardization Specialist (Mechanical or Food Technology)

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Food Technology, or other relevant disciplines
• Min. 2 years of experience in Food Manufacturing/FMCG Industry
• Hands-on experience in project execution, such as automation, equipment modifications, or process improvement
• Strong understanding of manufacturing process, machinery, and production systems.
• Experience with standardization, SOP, Work Instructions, or process replication is preferred
• Strong analytical, documentation, and collaboration skills, able to work with Plant, Industrial Engineering, R & D, and Formulation teams

Responsibilities :

• Develop implement standardization of machines/production and processes/technologies across plants
• Standardize machinery, automation systems, spare parts, vendor (mechanical) or production process (food technology) methods in collaboration with Plant, IE, R&D, and Formulation Teams.
• Perform technology grouping and clustering to simplify technologies and define capacity, manpower, and process models
• Review, develop, and maintain SOP, Work Instruction, and Supporting forms to ensure consistency and sustainability.
• Capture completed project outcomes and formalized improvemerits into company wide standards
