Lowongan Kerja PT Anabatic Technologies Tbk
1. Supply Chain Management Internship
Requirements :
- Should be currently enrolling in Bachelor’s Degree with major Supply Chain Management, with minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00
- Must be able to provide Surat Keterangan Magang from University
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Able to work multiple task simultaneously and have a fast response
- Willing to work full time for 12 month period internship (2 February 2026 31 January 2027)
- Willing to work mobile in office (Graha BIP, Gatot Subroto, Jakarta Selatan) or outside office (Warehouse), both in Jakarta and Tangerang
Job Descriptions :
- Observing business process, providing input improvements, create report (monitoring inventory, distribution, cost delivery, import and purchase order), and also doing sales operational planning or forecasting task in Supply Chain Management (Purchasing, Warehouse, and Import)
2. Legal Internship
Requirements :
- Should be currently enrolling in Bachelor’s Degree with major in Law, with minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00n Bachelor’s Degree with major in Law
- Must be able to provide Surat Keterangan Magang from University
- Acknowledge several law term, e.g civil law, business law, and agreement law
- Attention to details, neat, and passionate in reading
- Able to work with minimal and limited supervision
- Have initiative, creative ability and willingness to learn
- Willing to work full time for 12 month period internship (2 February 2026 31 January 2027)
- Willing to be placed in Graha Anabatic, Tangerang
Job Descriptions :
- Performing administrative tasks such as filing and documentation, handling accessible legal work including drafting simple contracts, addendums/amendments, and powers of attorney, also other various corporate legal and secretarial duties.
3. Recruiter Internship
Requirements :
- Should be currently enrolling in Bachelor’s Degree with major in Psychology
- Must be able to provide Surat Keterangan Magang from Univesity
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and initiative skill
- Familiar with end-to-end recruitment process
- Willing to work full time for 12 month period internship (2 February 2026 – 31 January 2027)
- Willing to be placed in Graha Anabatic, Gading Serpong, Tangerang
Job Descriptions :
- Helping recruitment team in end-to-end recruitment process such as; sourcing candidate through several job portal, conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions, managing internship programs recruitment, and record absences for interns and part time each month.
4. Corporate Social Responsibility Internship
Requirements :
- Should be currently enrolling in Bachelor’s Degree, with major in Public Relation, Multimedia, Communication Sciences
- Must be able to provide Surat Keterangan Magang from University
- Having interest in execute an event and making an after event report
- Skilled in making a design & documentation
- Willing to work full time for 12 month period internship (2 February 2026-31 January 2027)

Job Descriptions :
- Assist in planning and executing CSR activities aligned with company objectives and policies. Responsibilities include preparing documentation and materials, creating design content for communication, documenting events for internal and external use, compiling CSR reports, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project implementation.
5. Graphic Design Internship
Requirements :
- Should be currently enrolling in Bachelor’s Degree with major in DKV
- Must be able to provide Surat Keterangan Magang from University
- Experienced in creative design is a plus
- Eagerness to learn, creative, communicative
- Driven to research and learn from credible source
- Strong organizational skills

- Support the Human Capital Division by editing training videos into engaging e-learning content and creating visual materials such as posters, digital engagement content, and other HC content
6. Learning and Organizational Development Internship
Requirements :
- Should be currently enrolling in Bachelor’s Degree with major in Psychology
- Must be able to provide Surat Keterangan Magang from Univesity
- Strong writing (and able to put it into slides), experienced in creative design and module development is a plus
- Eagerness to learn, creative, communicative, and attention to detail

Job Descriptions :
- Assisting in content and material development, managing the Learning Academy (calendar invitations, tools, reminders, attendance), observing and facilitating training sessions, supporting the end-to-end learning cycle, and managing data and documents related to OD and performance management, such as organization structure, performance data, and employee movement.
7. Corporate Communication Specialist
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or any major in relevant field are preferable with minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00
- Have 6 years of experience in the field of Corporate Communication, Public Relations, Content Writer, Content Producer, Journalism, or relevant field
- Good command of English in terms of structure, grammar, and vocabulary (verbal and written)
- Mastery in creating good concept for communication visuals and having good editorial writing techniques that align with the company goals
- Able to develop website articles by following content SEO rules
- Having experience in managing copy and articles on website through Content Management System (CMS)
- Creativity and strong research skills to generate new ideas in line with current developments

Job Descriptions :
- Managing and delivering corporate communication messages effectively to various stakeholders, both internal and external in the form of articles, news, narratives, short messages and other written and verbal content published through websites, social media, commercial media, offline events and other communication channels with the main objective of increasing brand awareness and spreading the company’s good image to internal and external parties.
8. Corporate Secretary Officer
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Administration, or Management from a reputable university
- Have minimum 1-2 years of experience in Corporate Secretary, Legal, or Good Corporate Governance (GCG), preferably in a listed company
- Good knowledge or experience with capital market regulations, including OJK, IDX, POJK, and SEOJK requirements, also about ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and SDG (Sustainable Development Goals) compliance, especially in regulatory and reporting frameworks
- Experienced in preparing and submitting corporate reports such as annual reports, sustainability reports, and disclosure documents
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English, written and spoken
- Detail-oriented, organized, able to work under tight deadlines, also capable of working collaboratively across departments

- Assist the Corporate Secretary in ensuring compliance with OJK and IDX regulations, preparing GMS materials, annual reports, and corporate announcements, maintaining legal archives, and managing internal & external corporate communications related to corporate actions and material disclosures.
9. System Analyst
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Information System, Computer Science, or other related field
- Have 1-3 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst or similar role
- Have knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
- Skilled in creating BRD, FSD, and TSD documentation
- Familiar with databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and system integration (API, Web Services, JSON/XML)
- Proficient in Analysis Tools (Microsoft Visio, Draw.io, Lucidchart) and Project Management Tools (Asana, ClickUp, JIRA)

10. CEO Office (Business Analyst)
Requirements :

- Familiar working with financial software and ERP

Job Descriptions :
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all processes of managing company accounts payable payments, verify invoices and payment documents, ensure timely payments to users, perform reconciliations, manage cash flow, and supervise AP staff.
