1. Corporate Communication Specialist

Job Descriptions :

  • Managing and delivering corporate communication messages effectively to various stakeholders, both internal and external in the form of articles, news, narratives, short messages and other written and verbal content published through websites, social media, commercial media, offline events and other communication channels with the main objective of increasing brand awareness and spreading the company’s good image to internal and external parties.

Job Qualifications :

  • ⁠Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or any major in relevant field are preferable with minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Have 6 years of experience in the field of Corporate Communication, Public Relations, Content Writer, Content Producer, Journalism, or relevant field
  • Good command of English in terms of structure, grammar, and vocabulary (verbal and written)
  • Mastery in creating good concept for communication visuals and having good editorial writing techniques that align with the company goals
  • Able to develop website articles by following content SEO rules
  • Having experience in managing copy and articles on website through Content Management System (CMS)
  • Creativity and strong research skills to generate new ideas in line with current developments
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills to coordinate well with internal and external teams
  • Willing to be placed in Graha Anabatic, Tangerang

 

2. Team Leader (Supervisor) Finance AP – Temporary

Job Descriptions :

  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in all processes of managing company accounts payable payments, verify invoices and payment documents, ensure timely payments to users, perform reconciliations, manage cash flow, and supervise AP staff.

Job Qualifications :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economic, or any major in relevant field
  • Have 2-3 years of experience as Team Leader / Supervisor Finance AP
  • ⁠Familiar working with financial software and ERP
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • ⁠Able to work multiple task simultaneously and have a fast response
  • Willing to be employed for 6 months contract (matrenity leave replacement)
  • Willing to be placed in Graha BIP, South Jakarta

 

3. Accounting Officer JAKARTA

Job Descriptions :

  • Responsible for verifying documents, posting journal entries, ensuring accurate financial reporting, preparing and documenting tax records, reconciling accounts, identifying outstanding data, supporting external audits by providing necessary information, reviewing and scheduling sales and COGS recognition for periodic transactions, and also maintaining well-organized and complete softcopy files.

Job Qualifications :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • Have 1-2 years of experience as Accounting Officer or Junior Auditor
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Have experiences in processing tax or tax administration is an advantage
  • Willing to be placed in Graha BIP, South Jakarta

 

4. Corporate Secretary Officer
Job Description :
  • Assist the Corporate Secretary in ensuring compliance with OJK and IDX regulations, preparing GMS materials, annual reports, and corporate announcements, maintaining legal archives, and managing internal & external corporate communications related to corporate actions and material disclosures.

Job Qualifications :

  • ⁠Minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Administration, or Management from a reputable university.
  • Have minimum 1–2 years of experience in Corporate Secretary, Legal, or Good Corporate Governance (GCG), preferably in a listed company.
  • Good knowledge or experience with capital market regulations, including OJK, IDX, POJK, and SEOJK requirements, also about ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and SDG (Sustainable Development Goals) compliance, especially in regulatory and reporting frameworks.
  • Experienced in preparing and submitting corporate reports such as annual reports, sustainability reports, and disclosure documents.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English, written and spoken.
  • Detail-oriented, organized,able to work under tight deadlines, also apable of working collaboratively across departments.
  • Familiarity with corporate communication and sustainability strategy development is a plus.
  • Willing to be placed in Graha Anabatic, Tangerang

 

5. Legal Supervisor

Job Descriptions :

  • Examine, evaluate, checking and organizing compliance checks the contract drafts with the aim of supporting all internal company legalities, loans, business cooperation and transactions according to applicable rules, standards and policies.
  • Conduct coaching and mentoring of legal team.

Job Qualifications :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree with major in Law.
  • Have minimum 1-2 year of experienceS as a Leader in legal field.
  • Have experiences in reputable law firms are preferred.
  • Accustomed to analyzing legal contract & litigation case.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Indonesia.
  • Ability to prioritize demands under tight deadlines.
  • PKPA certified is a must.
  • Have certification related to Personal Data Protection (PDP) Law and proven experience in drafting PDP-related policies will be an advantage.
  • Able to lead a team and also working independently.
  • Willing to be placed in Graha BIP, South Jakarta
