1. Business Intelligence Specialist

Job Descriptions :

• Responsible for gathering and analyzing user requirements, designing business processes, preparing specifications, conducting system testing, and ensuring effective implementation and documentation through collaboration with stakeholders and Developers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree with GPA minimum 3.00, in any major but preferable majoring in Business Analytics, Data Science, Management, or Statistics or other related field
• Have 3-5 years of experience as Business Intelligence Specialist
• Deep understanding of Bi tools (SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, Ms.Excel, etc.) and other data visualization tools
• Ability to understand the business context and translate business requirements into data insights
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences
• Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
• Willing to be placed at KPSG [member of Anabatic Holding], which is located in Graha BIP, South Jakarta

2. Project Manager Payroll Implementation

Managing the payroll project for each phase which include project initiation, planning, execution, control and monitoring and closing to make sure the project runs well.

Requirements :

• Minimun Bachelor’s Degree with any major with minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00
• Have minimum 3-4 years of working experience as Project Management Officer / Project Manager
• Have experiences in processing payroll or payroll services is an advantage
• Have great English literacy both in writing and speaking
• Proficient in Ms. Excel
• Interested in working with detail & administration
• Willing to be placed at PT Payrol Prima Indonesia KPSG Group (member of Anabatic Holding), which is located in Graha BIP, South Jakarta

3. Senior Account Sales

Requirements:

• Minimun Bachelor’s Degree with any major and minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00
• Have minimum 3-5 years of working experience as Sales, Account Management, or Customer Experience roles in HR or Payroll Services
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing, including sales administrative
• Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking
• Willing to be placed at PT Payrol Prima Indonesia KPSG Group (member of Anabatic Holding), which is located in Graha BIP, South Jakarta

Job Descriptions

• To conduct the Sales cycle activities from Evaluation, Identification, Validation, Qualifying, Verification up to Closing deal and coordinate with cross divisions for the preparation sales cycle document.

4. Payroll Specialist

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree with GPA minimum 3.00, in any major but preferable majoring in Accounting or Tax
• English literate both writing and speaking is a must
• Proficient in Ms. Excel
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply, but have experiences in processing payroll or payroll administration is an advantage

Job Descriptions

• To complete day to day operation based on project assigned, by ensuring all deliverables Payroll output are being fully delivered and delivering proper quality of payroll output based on customer’s requirement and in line with standard operating procedures and SLA agreed.

5. CEO Office (Business Analyst)

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree of Management, Information Technology, or any major in relevant field
• Have minimum 2 years working experience as Business Analyst or CEO Officer in IT industry or related industries
• Have project management skills is preferably
• Have strong communication skill, both verbal and written up to BOD level
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Willing to work mobile at Graha Anabatic, Gading Serpong and Graha BIP, South Jakarta

Job Descriptions

• Evaluating business processes, workflows, and systems related to the company’s business units, and providing comprehensive analysis on development areas also ensuring its implementation.

6. Corporate Secretary Officer

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Administration, or Management from a reputable university
• Have minimum 1-2 years of experience in Corporate Secretary, Legal, or Good Corporate Governance (GCG), preferably in a listed company
• Good knowledge or experience with capital market regulations, including OJK, IDX, POJK, and SEOJK requirements, also about ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and SDG (Sustainable
• Development Goals) compliance, especially in regulatory and reporting frameworks
• Experienced in preparing and submitting corporate reports such as annual reports, sustainability reports, and disclosure documents
• Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English, written and spoken
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to work under tight deadlines, also capable of working collaboratively across departments
• Willing to be placed in Graha Anabatic, Tangerang

Job Descriptions

• Assist the Corporate Secretary in ensuring compliance with OJK and IDX regulations, preparing GMS materials, annual reports, and corporate announcements, maintaining legal archives, and managing internal & external corporate communications related to corporate actions and material disclosures.

7. Finance (Account Payable) Officer

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance with GPA min 3.00 of 4.00
• Have minimum 1 year working experience as Account Payable (Payment) Officer
• Freshgraduates are welcome to apply, with internship experience in AP is preferred
• Have experiences in finance journal
• Willing to be placed in Graha BIP, South Jakarta

Job Descriptions

• Journal account payable (payment) in system (Dynamic 365), conduct payment with banks, create data recapitulation, follow up and coordinate with all related departments.

8. Solution Sales – Presales CX Platform (Omnichannel / Al Chatbot)

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with any major in relevant field
• Have experience working in a presales or technical consulting role, especially at CX Platform (Omnichannel / Al Chatbot)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to understand and translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to be placed at PT Egeroo Inovasi Teknologi Holding), which is located in Graha BIP, South Jakarta KPSG Group (member of Anabatic)

Job Descriptions :

• Supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise and solutions to meet prospective or requirements clients needs, developing tailored solutions, and delivering technical presentations and demonstrations to drive sales success by developing and presenting customized technical solutions that address client needs and align with the company’s product and service offerings..

9. IT Quality Assurance

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree of Information Technology or other related field
• Having minimum 1-3 years working experience as IT Quality Assurance or other related field
• Have knowledge and experience in IT QA tools or software (both manual and automated)
• Willing to be placed at PT Egeroo Inovasi Teknologi KPSG Group (member of Anabatic Holding), which is located in Graha Anabatic, Tangerang

Job Descriptions :

• Design and execute test cases (both manual and automated), identify and document defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues before conducting SIT with users/clients.

10. Section Head of Accounting

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with major in Accounting
• Have minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor Accounting
• Familiar working with methods and provisions of sales recognition according to PSAK 72/115
• Have the ability to understand IT systems quickly
• Have the ability to lead a team and be able to work together across divisions
• Proactive, able to think systematically and analytically, and also able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Willing to be placed in Graha BIP, South Jakarta

Job Descriptions :

• Monitor and ensure that all accounting processes, financial reporting, budget project, and company taxation are running in accordance with regulations through: monitoring the performance of the Accounting team, verifying the completeness of audit documents, preparing financial reports, and ensuring that the creation and selection of recognition types in the project budget are in accordance with PSAK 72 / 115 and the company’s recognition system.

11. Accounting Officer (PSAK)

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with major in Accounting
• Have minimum 2-3 years of experience as External Auditor in KAP
• Familiar working with methods and provisions of sales recognition according to PSAK 72/115
• Able to coordinate with internal and external teams to achieve the goal of presenting the project budget appropriately and correctly
• Able to think systematically, have strong analytical skills, and have an interest in working with attention to detail
• Willing to be placed in Graha BIP, South Jakarta

Job Descriptions :

• Checking the conformity of information in the project budget sheet with the contract or PO, and also ensuring that the creation and selection of recognition types in the project budget are in accordance with PSAK 72 / 115 and the company’s recognition system.
