Lowongan Kerja – PT Sulawesi Cahaya Mineral (SCM) adalah perusahaan milik Indonesia dengan total Izin Usaha Pertambangan (IUP) adalah 21.100 hektar, terletak di Kecamatan Routa, Kabupaten Konawe, Sulawesi Tenggara, Indonesia.

SCM menyelesaikan pemboran eksplorasi tahap pertama pada akhir 2013. Estimasi tonase kadar awal sumber daya potensial di dalam area IUP SCM yang telah dibor pada program eksplorasi tahap pertama untuk tiga prospek terpisah menunjukkan .

Berikut adalah posisi dan kualifikasi lowongan yang tersedia pada saat ini.

Lowongan Kerja PT Sulawesi Cahaya Mineral (SCM)

1. Production & Preparation Supervisor

Requirements :

• Minimum S.1 Geological Engineering / Mining Engineering or related background
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Production & Preparation Supervisor
• Understand QA and QC Procedures of Nickel mine Production.
• Understand Stockpile Management, stockpile balance. Good leadership skills.
• Have POP CertificateCan operate Microsoft Office.
• Willing to be placed at the project location with a FIFO roster 42 active days: 14 days off
• Able to work at: Konawe site, Southeast Sulawesi.

Key Roles :

• Perform Ore blending activities to achieve Hauling production targets.
• Analyze Production Samples produced by Laboratory Contractors to maintain the quality of assay results produced..
• Deciding the dumping destination from pit to stockpile at the time of production.
• Deciding the transportation of dome ore based on the ore blending plan that has been made
• Preparation of daily, weekly reports to provide up-to-date information on production, stockpile balance and validation of production data.

2. Trainer Operation

Requirements :

• Minimum High School or Bachelor’s Degree in relevant disciplines, with a primary focus on K3 (Occupational Health and Safety), Environmental Engineering, and Mining Engineering
• Master operator of heavy mining equipment (Excavator, Dozer, Grader, Compact, and Dump Truck) with at least 10 years of hands-on experience
• Trainer for heavy equipment in the mining industry with at least 3 years of experience providing training in operating heavy equipment
• Minimum TOT (Training of Trainer) Level 4 certification from
• Competency assessor certification
• POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Key Roles :

• Analyze training needs and prepare a structured, scheduled, and targeted training plan for SCM employees to support employee development
• Design, develop, review, and revise training curriculum, materials, methods, strategies, and techniques to ensure effective training and meet job requirements and competencies
• Conduct Defensive Driving training, assessments, and evaluations for employees or contractors to ensure safe and standard operational behavior
• Perform basic assessments for Light Vehicle and Heavy Equipment operators as requested by SCM or contractors to identify and address competency gaps
• Prepare and operate heavy equipment, simulators (if available), and other field facilities according to established standards to ensure safe and effective training execution

3. Control Room Officer

Requirements :

• Minimum of High School (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant fields
• At least 2 years of experience as a control room operator/staff, preferably in mining operations
• Experience with equipment monitoring and operational control systems (such as fleet management systems, dispatch, SCADA, or related software)
• Strong analytical skills in handling operational data (real-time monitoring, alarm systems, radio communication, and troubleshooting)
• Willingness to work on a shift schedule
• Good understanding of mining safety procedures is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Placement: Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi.

Key Roles :

• Monitor the operation of heavy equipment, haul trucks, and the ore transportation process in real time to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operations
• Communicate and coordinate with field operators, supervisors, and relevant departments regarding operational conditions, anomalies, or system issues
• Analyze data and prepare daily/weekly reports, escalating problems to related departments when needed
• Manage, monitor, and ensure proper functioning of warning (alarm) and safety systems during ore haulage processes
• Provide support for remote troubleshooting of equipment in the event of technical issues
• Support safety, emergency response, and ensure all activities comply with SOPs and HSE standards

4. Safety Hauling Patrol

Requirements :

• Minimum high school diploma (SMA) or a bachelor’s degree (S1) in relevant fields, preferably Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, or Mining Engineering
• Experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is an advantage
• Basic understanding of occupational safety and health regulations in mining operations
• Familiarity with workplace safety principles, including hazard identification and risk assessment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• This position is specifically for candidates domiciled in Southeast Sulawesi

Key Roles :

• Monitor material and equipment needs related to signage procurement (e.g., scotlight, zinc, wood, nails) and prepare order request forms for review and approval by the Officer
• Conduct daily inspections in the hauling, dumping, and loading areas, and report any deviations or anomalies in the field to the Safety Operation Hauling Officer or Supervisor
• Manufacture signage to meet operational site requirements
• Maintain and repair signage when damages or necessary improvements are identified on the hauling road
• Install and maintain banners or campaign posters related to environmental, health, and safety (KPLH) as needed in the field
• Check vehicle compliance, SIMPER (mining driving license), and conduct speed radar tests in hauling areas
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the signage storage and production warehouse, ensuring proper housekeeping and adherence to 5R principles
• Assist the Safety Operation Hauling Officer in implementing the Mining Safety Management System (SMKP)
