Lowongan Kerja – PT Daikin Industries Indonesia (DIID) merupakan bagian dari Daikin Industries, Ltd yang berdiri dan berpusat di Osaka Jepang, PT Daikin Industries Indonesia (DIID) merupakan pabrik pendingin udara (AC) yang berdiri di kawasan Greenland International Industrial Center (GIIC), Cikarang, Jawa Barat dan mulai dibangun (ground breaking) pada Desember 2022. DIID dibangun di atas lahan seluas 204.000 meter persegi dengan kapasitas produksi sebesar 1,5 juta unit per tahun untuk tahap pertama.

Target produksi dimulai pada Desember 2024 dengan kapasitas 500 ribu set AC rumah tangga (RA), kemudian pada April 2025 kapasitas produksi akan ditingkatkan menjadi 1 juta set RA dan pada awal tahun 2026, total kapasitas produksi ditargetkan mencapai 1,5 juta set RA. Untuk membangun keseluruhan pabrik tersebut dibutuhkan investasi sebesar 6 triliun rupiah yang akan menyerap tenaga kerja sebanyak 2000 orang karyawan.

Lowongan Kerja PT Daikin Industries Indonesia

1. QC Engineer

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in the field of Engineering
• Deep understanding E
• 1-5 years of experience in the same field
• lectrical and Mechanical Assembly
• Competent in problem solving, teamwork, planning, and decision making, analytical skills
• Good command of English
• Able to read drawing
• Excellent in data analysis/FMEA/Measurement system analysis/Pokayoke/Minitab/QC Tools

Tasks & Responsibilities :

• Analyze line defects and customer claims originating from internal processes.
• Verify internal 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method) changes.
• Perform QC patrols, line audits, and new line audits.
• Implement improvement activities to enhance quality levels within internal processes.
• Monitor and follow up on improvement activities implemented in the assembly line.

2. QC Technician

Qualification (Skill/Competency) :

• Minimum 1–5 years of experience in Quality as a Technician.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings.
• Skilled in operating measurement equipment.
• Previous experience as a QC in the electronics, injection molding, metal stamping, or automotive industries.
• No color blindness (neither total nor partial).
• Proven experience in supervising or managing multiple subordinates.

Scope of Responsibilities / Job Description :

• Analyze inspection results and implement continuous improvements.
• Ensure the quality of Mass Production (MP) work output aligns with established quality standards.
• Generate quality reports and follow up on corrective countermeasures.
• Inspect and verify defective parts returned from the field or production line.
• Ensure that all products strictly adhere to quality standards.
• Identify potential risks within the work area and establish preventive actions.

3. QC Leader

Qualification (Skill/Competency) :

• Minimum 2 years as a Leader and at least 5 years total experience in Quality Control.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and operating measurement equipment.
• Experience in electronics, injection molding, metal stamping, or the automotive industry.
• Strong experience in managing and controlling multiple subordinates.

Scope of Responsibilities / Job Description :

• Analyze inspection data and drive process improvements.
• Monitor Mass Production (MP) results to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Prepare comprehensive quality reports for management.
• Verify and investigate defective parts returned from the field or assembly line.
• Ensure that all finished products comply with the company’s quality requirements.
• Controlling members of QC processes in line

4. QC Supplier Technician

Qualification :

• Associate or Bachelor degree of Electronic Engineer
• At least 2–3 years experience in the same or similar position Engineer / Staff
• Experience in electronics / electric company is additional value
• Understand ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 in the processes and/or activities and its implementation
• Understand drawing Electronic & Electric Circuit, 2D & 3D
• Understand tools and equipment for electrical function check, maintenance, make or design jig / measuring tools
• Electrical/Electronics problem analysis, applied 5 gen analysis
• Experience handle subordinates and manage inspector activity
• Computer skill, data processing, and data management

Job description :

• Lead Inspection (Leader and Inspector) make sure inspection held correctly
• Inspection sample part and approval new part
• Auditee in internal and external audit
• Analysis part NG from warehouse/delivery, mainline, or incoming itself
• Make inspection plan, defect summary
• Create / make Non-conformity report after analysis the problem

5. QC ISO Officer

Qualification :

• Bachelor degree of Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Required English language (both oral and written)
• At least 2–3 years experience in ISO Document control and secretariat of 9001:2015
• Have experience as the internal auditor of ISO 9001:2015 (as lead auditor will be advantage)
• Have experience to handling of ISO 9001:2015 internal audit and external audit
• Have experience for handling the Quality Event such as QCC, Quality month, Quality awareness, etc. will be advantage
• Must be proficient in MS office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated and self-directed
• Have knowledge of quality tools, 5S, safety, kaizen and other manufacturing knowledge

Job description :

• Manage and update ISO 9001 documentation
• Prepare and control audit schedules and action plans
• Monitor latest ISO 9001 updates and conduct employee training
• Handle ISO secretariat and document control
• Drive continuous improvement of QMS
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and company policy
• Support monthly quality reports and management review
• Manage Quality Division budget administration
• Perform other related duties as assigned

6. Facility Maintenance Officer

Qualification (Skill & Competency) :

• Bachelor in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Instrument, Mechatronics, or related fields).
• Minimum 2 years as an Officer in Utility/Facility Equipment within a manufacturing environment.
• Experienced in managing Electrical, Water, Gas, and Compressed Air supplies. Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices in maintenance planning.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards, solid understanding of local and national safety codes/regulations.
• Proficient in establishing and maintaining robust documentation systems (SOPs, logs, and compliance records).
• Full professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Scope of Responsibilities (Job Description) :

• Develop and execute the Maintenance Master Plan, defining timelines, procedures, and resource requirements for all utility equipment.
• Oversee the department budget, including forecasting and controlling expenses for spare parts, external services, and consumables.
• Manage spare part inventory levels to ensure availability of critical parts and buffer stock while minimizing dead stock.
• Data Analysis: Maintain precise equipment history records to facilitate trend analysis and support predictive maintenance strategies.
• Procurement: Execute end-to-end procurement processes, from raising Purchase Requisitions (PR) to processing Goods Receipts (GR) using SAP/ERP systems.

7. Kaizen & Training – Foreman

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Familiarity with Kaizen practices and methodologies (i.e., continuous improvement, waste reduction, problem-solving).
• Have knowledge in continuous improvement activity (Toyota Production System).
• Experience in automotive/electronic companies is preferred.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and present data to track improvements and performance metrics.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written) and presentation skill.
• Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
• Able to work on teams and individually.

8. IT Network Engineer

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Holds CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent is a plus.
• Familiarity with Cisco Networking Products.
• Minimum 3 years in network engineering.
• Strong proficiency in configuration and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN), routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP), VoIP, and QoS.
• Familiarity with firewalls and security appliances, as well as network monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds).
• Knowledge of SD-WAN, network automation tools, and experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure).
• Proven ability in problem-solving, documentation, and communication.

Responsibilities :

• Design and deploy LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN solutions.
• Configure and maintain network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues.

9. IT Officer (Administration)

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
• Minimum 1 year experience
• Experience in IT documentation, audit, or ISO compliance
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Good communication skills, detail-oriented, and well-organized
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel; able to create basic flowcharts
• Basic understanding of servers, networks, and software concepts

Job Responsibilities :

• Create, update, and control IT documents (IT Policies, SOPs, Work Instructions, User Guidelines)

• Monitor asset lifecycle (purchase, deployment, maintenance, retirement)
• Handle IT procurement administration (PR, PO, invoice, payment)

10. Internal Audit Operational Officer

Qualifications (Skills & Competencies) :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in internal audit within a manufacturing company.
• Solid understanding of operational auditing techniques and practices, including process evaluations and efficiency assessments.
• Must have a fundamental understanding of business processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively report findings and provide actionable recommendations.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
• Ability to analyze operational processes, identify inefficiencies, ensure thorough audits, and recommend improvements.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments.
• Familiarity with the specific manufacturing industry environment and its regulatory requirements is highly beneficial.

Scope of Responsibilities / Job Description :

• Perform comprehensive audits of the organization’s operations, financial processes, and internal controls.
• Actively involve in the planning, execution, and reporting phases of audit activities.
• Ensure that the organization adheres to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while identifying areas for operational improvement.
• Assess and prioritize operational risks and incorporate them strategically into the annual audit plan.
