Lowongan Kerja – PT Asahimas Flat  Glass Tbk. (AMFG) adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang memproduksi flat glass dan automotive glass yang berbasis di Jakarta, Indonesia. AMFG merupakan produsen flat glass dan safety glass terbesar di Indonesia dan Asia Tenggara. Jangkauan produk mereka mencapai Indonesia, Asia, Australia, Selandia Baru, Timur Tengah, Amerika Serikat, Eropa, dan Afrika. PT Asahimas Flat Glass Tbk. didirikan pada tahun 1971. Perusahaan tersebut sempat beroperasi dengan nama PT Asahimas Flat Glass Co., Ltd. sebelum berganti nama menjadi PT Asahimas Flat Glass Tbk. pada bulan Juni 1998. Saat ini AMFG dimiliki oleh Asahi Glass Co., Ltd., PT Rodamas, dan kooperasi. Perusahaan ini merupakan induk dari PT Auto Glass Indonesia (AGI) yang berfokus pada penggantian dan jasa reparasi automotive safety glass.

Produk utama AMFG adalah flat glass berwarna, reflektif, dan kaca cermin yang digunakan di gedung-gedung bertingkat dan sebagai bahan baku untuk industri hilir. Sementara automotive glass yang diproduksi perusahaan meliputi tempered glass dan kaca laminasi yang digunakan dalam industri otomotif. AMFG memperkenalkan proses laminasi safety glass pada tahun 1985. Produksi laminated glass dimulai pada tahun 1994. Selama tahun 1997, AMFG memulai tahap pertama dalam pengembangan pabrik safety glass di Bukit Indah Industrial Park, Cikampek, Jawa Barat. Produksi komersial sendiri dimulai pada tahun 1999.

1. MT General Affair

Job Description:

• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Responsible for waste disposal management
• Support Foreign employment documents
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Able to coordinate with people who live around the factory/neighbourhood
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Ensure disciplinary & compliance throughout human resource management

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources or related field
• Proven working experience in GA Fields min. 1 year in manufacture industry
• People oriented and results driven
• Able to work under time and tight schedule
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Ability to extracting strategy along with leadership skills

2. MT Logistik

Job Description:

• Arrange goods according to selected area
• Prepare delivery, storage, & packing management
• Load Planning & Delivery Planning
• Warehouse order Preparation Monitoring
• Transporter Performance Monitoring
• Ensure that the goods prepared are in accordance with the DO and physical goods.
• Return Management
• POD Monitoring for Offline Order
• Exceed individual and team targets & KPI’s

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree from reputable university/ institute
• Willing to work in Sidoarjo, East Java
• Have experience in logistic and warehousing
• Good adaptability and ability change
• Have strong skill using design applications (CAD, solidwork, or any 3D design app)

3. MT Packing Management

Job Description:

• Arrange goods according to selected area
• Prepare delivery, storage, & packing management
• Load Planning & Delivery Planning
• Warehouse order Preparation Monitoring

4. MT Mechanical Maintenance

Job Description:

• Performing scheduled and preventive maintenance on a variety of mechanical equipment, including motors, pumps, compressors, and other industrial machinery
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical issues, and implementing effective solutions to ensure optimal performance
• Conducting inspections, testing, and analysis to identify potential problems and develop proactive maintenance strategies
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance activities and minimise disruptions to production
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all maintenance activities and equipment performance
• Continuously seeking opportunities to improve maintenance processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations
• Running Mechanical control system
• Perform routine maintenance on industrial equipment
• Make a plan in the use of machine/ robotic
• Fix issues from production machines/ other electronic equipment for management/ operational purposes
• Implement basic knowledge of K3 & 5S
• Able to analyze & troubleshot machine damage and make machine condition reports
• Responsible on duty based on working instructions related to mechanical maintenance and repair

Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
• Able to work as a team
• At least 2 years experience on same/ related field/ Maintenance on Manufacture
• Able to speak and write in English
• Willing to work in Sidoarjo, East Java
• Willing to work in shift and open for an over time/ emergency working schedule
• Relevant experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in the manufacturing or production environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve mechanical issues
• Proficient in the use of maintenance tools, equipment, and software
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Commitment to safety and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential risks

5. MT Sales Marketing

Qualifications:

• Must have Bachelor’s Degree (S1) .
• Minimum GPA : 3.00
• Having skills in Negotiation, Communication, Marketing, Sales, Preferable have skill Microsoft
• Excel for maintain database.
• Able to communicate fluently in English. (Mandarin is a plus aspect to consider)
• Will be positioned in one of our factories located in Jakarta/Sidoarjo.
• Salary (Gross) Include Fix Bonus 2 times Per-year, Transport Allowance, Meal, Performance Insentif, Uniform, Medical Insurance, and Training (External & OJT).
• Preferably those who have experience in the field of Marketing (First Graduate are also welcome to apply).

8. MT Mechanical

Job Description:

• Running Electrical control system
• Perform routine maintenance on industrial & production equipment
• Make a plan in the use of electricity/ others
• Fix issues from production machines/ other electronic equipment for management/ operational purposes
• Able to analyze machine damage related to electrical issue and make machine condition reports
• Responsible on duty based on working instructions related to electrical stuff maintenance and repair
• Implement Safety (K3) and environment control on power station and Utility operation,
• Control operation Power Station EQP (electricity), Utility and control consumption
• Make Schedule and control the activity of PM, RM, CM and BM
• Control consumption maintenance repair on unit group
• Understand and have experience using any brand of PLC

Qualifications:

• Graduated as a Diploma/Bachelor Degree from reputable
• University/Polytechnic for Electrical Engineering
• Able to work as a team
• Can speak and make report in English
• Special graduate Power system engineering
• Can operate computer fluently (MS word, MS Excel (with pivot function), MS Point
• Better can operate AutoCAD min 2 dimension
• Can understand about PLC and the communication system (specific branch : Mitsubishi, Siemens, Omron)
• At least 1 year experience on same/ related field
