Perusahaan ini didirikan pada tahun 2008 dan memiliki tambang di Desa Lameruru, Kabupaten Konawe Utara, Sulawesi Tenggara. Tambang-tambang ini berlokasi strategis dekat dengan pantai dan dapat diakses dengan mudah dari Kota Kendari. PT AKP telah memantapkan dirinya sebagai kontributor utama dalam industri pertambangan nikel di Indonesia. Indonesia sendiri akan menyumbang sekitar setengah dari pertumbuhan produksi nikel global antara tahun 2021 dan 2025 dan keberhasilan proyek HPAL di Indonesia adalah kunci bagi pasokan nikel global untuk baterai di masa depan, setidaknya dalam jangka pendek. Sumber daya nikel di negara ini sangat besar, dengan tambang yang tersebar di banyak wilayah. Namun, sebagian besar lokasi ekstraksi nikel yang paling signifikan, termasuk yang dioperasikan oleh perusahaan kami, terletak di Sulawesi.

Lowongan Kerja PT Adhi Kartiko Pratama Tbk

1. Supervisor Geofisika

Key Responsibility

• Lead and superviser geophysical survey activities in both field operations and data processing.
• Develop geophysical survey work plans in accordance with project objectives and company standards.
• Coordinate geophysics teams, technicians, and related stakeholders to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Ensure the quality of geophysical data acquistion (seismic, resisvity, magnetic, etc.) complies with technical specification and procedures.
• Review, validate, and interpret geophysical data for exploration Nikel Mining.
• Monitor the usage, calibration, and maintenance of geophysical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standarts during all operational activities.
• Prepare technical reports, project progress updates, and interpretation recommendations for Management.
• Manage project schedules, manpower allocation, and operational logistics.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and mentoring to team members.
• Coordinate with engineering, geology, drilling, and project management teams regrading data requirements and analysis.
• Ensure all activities comply with QA/QC standards and applicable regulations.

Specific Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Geophysics, Applied Geophysics, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in geophysical surveys and data interpretation, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of geophysical methods, including (Seismic, Electrical Resisvity, Magnetic, Gravity, GPR, Microtremor / MASW.
• Proficient in geophysical data processing and interpretation software, such as (Oasis Montaj, Surfer, ArcGIS, or equvalent software)
• Strong analytical thingking, problem solving, and technical interpretation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret geological maps, topographic maps, and survey coordinates.
• Willing to relocated Site Project with Roster 8:2
• Placement on Konawe Utara Regency, Southeast Sulawesi

2. Supervisor Database & Resources Geology

Key Responsibility

• Lead and supervise geological database management and resource geology activities to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility.
• Develop, implement, and maintain geological database systems, standars, and workflows.
• Ensure proper collection, validation, storage, and integration of geological, drilling, sampling, assay, and survey data.
• Supervise database updates and ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures and company standars.
• Coordinate resource modeling and estimation activities in accordance with indurty reporting standars, and project requirements.
• Review and validate geological and resource data exploration and mining.
• Collaborate with geology, mine planning, and survey teams to ensure conaistency and reliability of geological information.
• Generate resource reports, technical summaries, and database documentation for management.
• Monitor database security, backup systems, and data recovery procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve database efficiency, data quality, and reosurce estimation processes.

Specific Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in geological database management and/or reosurce geology preferably ini mining or exploration projects.
• Strong understanding of geological database systems, reosurce estimation, and QA/QC procedures.
• Proficient in geological and mining software, such as (Micromine, Supac, ArcGIS, or equivalent software).
• Strong analytical thingking, problem solving, and technical interpretation skills.
• Familiar with interational resource reporting standards (JORC, NI 43-101, or KCMI).
• Willing to relocated Site Project with Roster 8:2
• Placement on Konawe Utara Regency, Southeast Sulawesi

3. Foreman Database & Resources Geology

Key Responsibility

• Assist in supervising daily geological database and resource geology activities at site project.
• Ensure accurate collection, input, verification, and updating of geological, driling, sample, assay, and survey data.
• Maintain geological database to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accessibility.
• Monitor and inplement QA/QC procedures for geological and drilling data.
• Coordinate with geologists, surveyors, and drilling teams to ensure timely and accurate data submision.
• Support geological modeling and resouce estimation activities by preparing and organizing required datasets.
• Verifiy field and laboratory data before database entry and reporting.
• Prepare rountine database reports, summaries, adn data reconciliation records.
• Ensure proper filing, backup, and documentatuion of geological and resource data.
• Monitor database-related operational activities and report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with company standars, reporting codes, and operational procedures.

Specific Requirement

•  Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in geological database management and/or reosurce geology preferably ini mining or exploration projects.
• Strong understanding of geological database systems, reosurce estimation, and QA/QC procedures.
